It is a debt collector so chances are you owe someone money. they use untraceable numbers so you cant call and complain

I received a call from this number today as well and same thing. When I called back the message said it was disconnected.

received a call on my cell phone, which I didn't answer. A voice message was left on my phone, when I took it all I got was static. I have no idea what it is for ???
