This Christopher Rose guy is rude and tried scaring me.  He also used fowl language on the phone.  Gave me a number of 1-866-847-9772 that does not work.

Someone called from this number telling me they could lower my interest rates on ALL of my credit cards. The thing is I do not own a credit card!!! After acting like I was interested they tried to find information about my credit they asked if I owned a Master Card and went along with it to see how far they would go.they told me they could see I had at least 11,000 in debt that I was paying 10% and started naming off most of the major credit cards, that is when I told them I did not own a credit card. They asked why did I say I had a Master Card and I told them I was just wanting to see how far this scam was going to go, that is when they said "FxxK YOU BITxH". and hung up the phone.

I AT THIS TIME STATED I'M LEARNING DISABLED AND PLEASE REPEAT DETAILS SLOWLY, AND THE REP. BECAME SHORT AND ADGITATED YOU REFUSED OUR HELP  AND I'M PUTTING THIS ON RECORD UNDER THE LAST FOUR OF YOUR S.S/.# WHICH WAS CORRECT. BE VERY CAREFUL WHEN ANSWERING THIS PHONE NUMBER. ALSO I WOULD LIKE TO KNOW WHERE I COULD REPORT THIS INCIDENT.

Called and asked me to confirm a lot of misinformation.

This number called me and the caller ID reads Farmington MI. Does not leave a message or answer when you say hello numerous times. I used my cell and home phone to call it back and get a recorded message from US Cellular saying that the number I have dialed is no longer in service!! I will find out who these people are, drive to wherever I have to, and whip someones a**! Dont call my house and not speak! kinda creepy and makes me think you are out to do harm like checking to see if I am home! Well... I AM HOME AND I AM ARMED! I will protect my family and so will others. So be legit if you are or find a new hobby!

I just got a call from the same guy, Christopher Rose, with a fed ID number.  They could have gotten the last 4 ## of SS and the amount owed by a "soft" inquiry.  Or maybe even really are working with Equifax, though I do not recall receiving a letter from EQUIFAX.  So I got his name & "fed number", and told him I'll call back after talking with EQ.  That's when he ssaid that declining the offer would lower my credit score. I laughed and said it would not, we're through here, hung up, because that's an outright lie. He called back once, I let it ring.  I'll still check with Equifax & see what's going on.

Truth be told, I once got a call about reducing home mortgage interest, they claimed they were referred by my mortgage lender, and that one turned out to be legit, as I checked withtthe lender first.  So we shall see.

This number called today on my work number and claimed to be federally regulated and associated with Equifax and said that because I hadn't responded to their notice, they were putting in my credit file that I declined the lowering of my interest rates.  The scary thing is that they had the last four of my SSN (he gave it to me, I didn't give it to him) and knew about how much I owe.  When I said that I was not interested, he called back five times until I told him that I didn't care who federally regulated him, if he called again, I was calling the police for harassment.  The person I spoke to was named Christopher Rose Fed ID # CR8286743.

Put this number on my blocked list and it still gets through. Told then to stop calling and they call 2-3 times daily. Why does the do not call lost apply? What good is it.

received call from this number...asked for a person who doesn't live here, when I told him he had a wrong number, he told me "no I don't" and hung up on me.   I tried to call back...got a message that the number is no longer in service.

Just called 5 minutes ago, got my vm and a woman just said hello, hello and hung up. They have been calling me for a few months every couple of weeks. it is irritating and i am on the do not call list

Just called again and this time I answered. Woman wouldn't tell me the name of the company other than she's with "the qualification department" I advised her her call was illegal and unsolicited and I was reporting her to the donotcall list dept and she hung up.

This place has called me multiple times and I told them every time to put me on their do not call list.  I told them today if they call again I will report them, and the lady said, "You can but it's not going to do any good."  Of course when you call back the number is disconnected...people like this are infuriating.

Just got a call from this number.  Caller ID -V06151246170894  I picked up, nothing, so I hung up.

Got a call here in Chicago; woman spoke too quick to catch company, but did ramble something off about saving money on my credit cards; i asked to be removed from the call list and she became very rude and and when again i asked to be removed off call list she said my interest rates would go up and to watch my credit!  she hung up.

I just got a call from that number.  It was Interest Management Services out of Atlanta and they said they wanted to help me lower my interest rates on my credit cards.  Very pushy folks who hung up on me when I started questioning them.  Maybe you can block their number?

Got a call from 248-987-5656.  No response. Same scenario as everyone else.

Received call regarding my Visa with something about balance.
When I called my Visa company, they said there was no record of a call.  They think it could have been a scam.

My daughter received a call today from this number on our home phone.  The  caller, a woman asked for me by name, Daniel, not Dan which is what everybody calls with the exception of probably 2-3 people and they don't have my home phone number.  She asked where I was and my daughter told her 'he's not here"  The caller became verbally abusive and hung up.  Maybe 5 people have my home phone number and it isn't listed.  Very weird.

I actually was called by a human, instead of a Robo Call. It's a phony "Reduce your credit card debt" company. Stay away.

Calls come in daily from this number to Killeen, TX. Never a message. I don't answer anyway.

I answered and a person actually spoke to me.   A woman said she was from Clark Credit Company, and our credit report had been forwarded to them for review.  They had the last 4 digits of our social security number.  She said since we have such good credit their are able to offer us a lower interest rate on our "credit cards'.  Our interest rate is about to go up, she said, but they could offer us a long term lower rate.  When I asked her if I was supposed to know what company she was with she replied it is on that Clark Company is on the back of all our credit cards.

I got a call from this number and they knew my ss#, how much I owed on credit cards and argued with me about how much I owed. They wanted to lower my interest rates. They had my credit reports from the last 2 weeks. This is truly scary. They said they were working with my credit card company. I am really P.O.'d about this. How can anyone get your credit history and social security number. I tried to call them back and the number is disconnected.

They called saying they can reduce my interest rates. When I asked how they did that, a supervisor said, "It costs you nothing. We get paid by the bank"

Let me get this right; the banks are going to pay to make less money.

Complete fraud. called from Atlanta but said their office was in Michigan. However, they couldn't tell me where in Michigan. This is a spoofed number. This is a boiler room. Do not under any circumstances give them any information. No record of a company by the below name in Michigan.
