I got the same voice recording for an alleged money mart 'pay out'...based on some type of settled claim...I am entitled to for being a past customer. However I haven't used money mart since 2006-2007. I will check with my local money mart store. And see what happens. And NO... i owe them nothing (zero dollars) from my past transactions. I stopped using them and the never ending sick cycle of living hand to mouth, with their crazy rates.

It's not a scam. Hubby & I collected between the two of us $145 from this lawsuit. Maybe you'll believe me, maybe not. I can't prove that I am a "real person" any more than anyone else can... but we did cash ours in. Although, I don't know why they're still calling me?!

For once it was not a salesman!
This is legit. I called the law offices, and they asked my name and birth date and sure enough, there's some money waiting for me.
I stopped using Money Mart probably 8-9 years ago, but apparently they still had my name etc. on file.
If you were a customer, definitely worth looking into.

It was a message from Money mart telling you that if you had used money mart for a payday loan, you could be entitled to cash settlement from a class action lawsuit. It tells you to call a different number 877-635-5858 for more info. I called it and it says if you were a customer of money mart, then to go in their with ID and you can be entitled to $10 up to $199.
