Apparently whoever said "they are not a bad caller" is either part of this company or one of their (equally unscrupulous) clients.
Yes, the company is Neverblue Media Inc.; 210 - 852 Fort Street; Victoria, BC V8W 1H8; Canada.
Their business is conducting illegal spamming on behalf of companies in the US, directed against email accounts in the US, relying on their Canadian address to shield their US clients from the US laws against the spamming.
So, they are not a "bad caller" they are just worthless spammer slime.
