Yes you can block this through Telus screen, you just have to block it right away as it give you the option to block your last caller...I just did and this number 250-483-0326 has been added to my list

recieved the call, from Vancouver. it was my dad, but he would not have had any access to the 250 are code number. very very wierd.

got 2 calls from this number.  Uncertain who or what they wanted.  No listing for it but it is a Victoria,BC number.

We've had a number of calls from 1-250-483-0013.  My phone number was set up through Telus and transferred to Vonage, so I called Vonage to see about blocking the number from getting through.  Unfortunately they can't do that, but what we can all do is report them to the police, who can work on shutting them down.  Even though we can't get a name to go with the caller i.d., the police have better databases and every number has a name attached to it, so these annoying bastards CAN be tracked.  

So far we've received 8 calls from this number, though we've gotten over 49 calls that are listed from 'unknown caller' and the person on the other end of the line is asking for the same person as from 483-0013.

Got a call from this number. The lady had an American accent and said her name was Leille. Also left a USA call back number of 425-766-4764. An internet search on the last number seems to suggest some kind of stock selling business?

The second number 425-766-4764 seems to be unrelated to the 250-483-0013. It was two different people. I tried to phone back 250-483-0013 but the line was always busy so maybe some automated calling thing or maybe some telephone company glitch? Maybe it's a common number of some sort that lots of businesses can use for free?

some indian a** sounding guy phones and tells me i won a free cellphone with unlimited minutes...

I have gotten a few from this number. The first one I missed and when I redialed it just hangs up automatically. The second time I got some indian telling me I won a free phone and all I have to do is tell them my account number. Obviously some shady foreigners up to no good. Whatever the hell they are going to do with my roger's account number I have no idea.

i recieved  call from the same number i missed the call when  i tried to call back i recieved a recorded message saying that the number i have called is not assigned..so i tried to use the area code and was told it was in my local calling area then i tried from my land line and heard that the number i have called can not be completed as dialed and to use the area code or call 411 and yet i have been getting calls from this number i do not anser calls from unknown withheld or private nor do i answer calls from number i do not know
no i will remain frim on this policy and hope that the scandelous cads who need to prey on those around them in an unscrupulous manner find their own hell with someone doing the same to them

MY parents got a call for me from 250-483-0013. My mom said I'm on the other phone (don't know why, I haven't lived with them for a year and a half), the guy kinda studered and hung up.

I get these calls 4-5 times a day at all hours. tonight I've had three in a row (within 5 minutes of each other). There is no one there and after a length of time tellus comes on and tells me the number cannot be reached or completed as dialed. I called the number and I get the same operator telling me that the number cannot be reached or completed as dialed.

I called the operator an she was unable to help and suggested I call the Privacy Office to have this somehow resolved by them. I was also told that this was most likely coming from overseas "somewhere". And that the technology to make the calls without identifying yourself is better than the technology to stop them.

I will be calling the Privacy office on Monday. Their number is 310-1000 if you wish call on your behalf as well.  

I can hear the phone ringing and yes it's them again . This is now the sixth call in a row! This is crazy and I suspect I would call it harassment and consider filing charges to the police.

I got  a call from this number like twelve times and its fudging annoying it sounds like sum1s saying its not working in the background SOO annoying is this a BC thing or can the police do aynthing about it

Male voice that kept breaking up asked for me by name.  He would not respond to my questions about what he wanted - he just kept asking questions about who I was.  Hang-up time.

Just got a call from this number, no message just dead air and what sounded like breathing. Definitely going to mess with whoever's behind it if they call again. I'm thinking I'll be Officer Santoro...

I have had three calls in the last 18 hours and I can't call it back so I thought I would look onlione to see if I had the area code wrong.

I have been rudely awaken by this number numorous times! Today I went on line to see if I could find out who it belonged to and sure enough I have found this site and Im not the only victim. I get mumerous calls a week from unavaliables that hang up and bizarre numbers that I dont bother calling back. I too am in Victoria and am getting really sick of it.Lets hope we catch him/her!!!The funny thing is I have aprivate number!!!

It appears to be related to Vonage. Our caller id with vonage was working fine but, now it comes up incorrectly ((250-483-0013)). I've put in a call with vonage to have our caller id re-initialized so we will see what happens from there.

got a call on my cell today from this number and they said they wanted me to invest in a diamond mine with minimum 10,000.00$ investment....tried to call back and they says call cannot be completed as dialed...they said the investment time is just about to run out...red flags everywhere...

A voice message was left from this number today.  I surprised voice, said under his breath, "What the f**k?" and hung up.

I do believe this is also a # for a phone sex line. Yes, I do use these services, a U.S. one in particular, which is a "call-back" service -- you call the main # and then they contact a girl to call you back. I do live in Victoria BC and have seen this # come up during call-backs.

Got 2 calls today from 250-483-0013. I ignored the first one but picked up the second. There was a lot of background noise and the connection was bad. The guy on the phone had a strong East Indian accent. He told me he was calling from Rogers Wireless and wanted to confirm how many phones I had so that he could send me a free cell phone...something about a new promotion and he went on and on. He said his name was William. Things didn't sound right so I told him I was busy  but would call him back. He protested and told me he would call me back instead. The connection was choppy and unclear...probably calling using vonage or digital phone.

What sounded like a call center floor or loud party could be heard in the background - an oriental language could be heard and the girl saying "hello" three times spoke with an oriental accent - thankfully all she got was the machine.

Got a call from the same number - this is very likely an international call being redirected through that number - in our case the 250-483-0013.  So, don't freak out.

Got a call the day before, talking about I signed up a free Florida trip online blah. He has an Indian accent and said he was calling from the States. I told him I have never signed up this kind of things. he just carried on and told me my address, my email, if I am married or not...I just hanged up on him. I was too shocked to be able to trace him.

I got a call again today, and it was him again. This time I got the number: (250) 483-0013!

A call came in at 2:59 am to my answering machine - it was a hang-up from 250-483-0013.

3 missed calls from this number with no voicemail.

Got a few calls from this number...A couple with the Florida trip, the rest from my mother in PA.  I'm in Victoria.  This is weird.  She's on Vonage, could it be redirecting it through this number??
