Leaves no message,but calls 1/2 dozen times a day.I don't answer cause I don't usually if I don't recognize the number.Can some one tell me if it is a collection agency?

Yes they are from ARC, they seem to never leave a message but one time they did leave a message.
I dont answer calls I dont know where they are from and especially if they dont leave vmails.

Collection agency ARO. They called me 17 times in last two week.

Automated message on my voice, stated they are ARC Collect Corp, to call back and quote a reference number. They of course stated they are not a soliciting call and to call their toll free number. They did not indicate what they were calling about or who the message is for.
I am not calling them back as any company that states this is not a soliciting call, probably is and it is their way to scam me out of money. I call blocked them so lets see if it works!!....when will these companies stop and quick trying to scam society out of money!!
