Recieved ten private calls in course of three hours, that left no message, so I finally answered. Some Chinese woman in China (supposively) who "found" my resume online and wanted to talk to me about window fashions, company moving here and needs territory manager. I do have experience in window treatments as per my resume. Very interesting call, she could barely speak English. Says she will send me an email followup with company info....we'll see. We had a bad connection, twice she called me from a number that showed up local, but when you call it back, it just rings. She also gave me a Florida number, that rings twice and then goes busy. 772-621-5067

I tried calling this number back and got no answer, it started with a call I answered and no one said anything just breathing... so I used the accurint skiptracing tool and it listed "no records" I take it from the previous comment that this a scam and should be treated as such.It is listed as a landline phone.

possible Caller ID "spoofing"
Caller ID spoofing is the practice of causing the telephone network to display a number on the recipient's caller ID display which is not that of the actual originating station; the term is commonly used to describe situations in which the motivation is considered nefarious by the speaker.

This company has been calling me for years. They keep asking for "Leo" and say they are from RX pharmacy and when I tell them there is no Leo at that number they try to sell me prescription drugs. I get the same people calling asking for Leo several times a month and use different numbers each time. Sometimes it says "withheld", other times it is an 866, 888 or 800 number and then other times it is a local number just like the one I just received. When I received this one it took a long time for them to say anything and so I spoke first and said "this better not be for LEO looking for drugs" and they hung up but have called 2 times since (today) asking for Leo.

Some guy with a middle eastern accent called me and said his name was George Washington. I asked where he was calling from and he said (702) 979-1788. I said, "It shows up 251-243-9739 on my caller ID". He said that was his cell phone. He proceeded to tell me he had 900K and then another 1 million for me. He said I won a prize and he worked for UPS. I confirmed everything several times and kept him on the phone. I guess I sounded skeptical b/c he got very angry and started yelling at me. He threatened to hang up saying "I guess you don' vant de mon-ee". I told him there was no need to yell or be angry. I said "send me the money!" He said he would, all he needed was a check for $3,000. I said "where do I send it?".... then I couldn't stop myself.... I ranted on... "I'll send cashier's check, no cash, no, I'll give you my bank account number and you can withdraw the $3000 and send my millions". He got very angry and started yelling at me again - "I'm not vat vay, I'm not pulling vat sort of ting..." This was the second time he'd yelled at me so I let him have it. I cursed him ruthlessly, profusely and in a beligerent manner. He would not hang up. I told him I was recording the call and the police were here and FBI had traced the call. He still would'nt hang up. After a good two minute steady cussing without letting him get a word in edge wise I finally hung up and called the FBI.

My grandmother has been getting these calls also. She has dementia so every time they call she forgets about the previous call and thinks that she has won a sweepstakes. It is very sad. She is 87 years old and I think these are the same people got her credit card number and tried to get $9000 in purchases. Thank goodness only one small purchase went through.
