Left me a voice-mail telling me how important it was that I call them back, and that if I didn't all she could do is wish me the best of luck or something like that with a really thick Indian accent.  I called back very ready to do battle.  She told me I was under investigation for some crime I had committed, and that's when I cut her off and invited her to fornicate with herself.  Told her not to call back, and then invited her to fornicate with herself again.

I received a call from the same number and I told the lady that I will report her and the company to Fed. I think these people get information from pay day loan if you had a payday loan because I tried to be extra careful putting my personal information online.

The person that called on my job and told the person that answered the phone her name is Mary Jane and she is calling from the law firm baker  mckenzie law firm and that they are taking me to court concerning a bill not being paid.  Wouldn't tell me the company name. That I needed to send them several hundred dollars

I recieved this call 3 times. I also recieved a call a few months ago from a man and when i told him he was a scamer and i was reporting him he stoped calling. I might do this for this female calling me too.

I keep getting call from this 252 # at work now. How can i stop them?

I received a call from this same person today.  He stated that if I required written documentation of the supposed case against me and proof of the supposed debt, he would provide it to me at my address within 48 hours with the sheriff in tow to arrest me.  When I spoke with my attorney general's office they said this is not how this type of situation would ever be handled and to file a written complaint with his name and number.  I also spoke with my local sheriff's dept and they said the same thing and advised me to report this call to my local police department.  I am now planning to contact the supposed law firm to find out what they have to say.

This seems like a complete scam. The person says with a heavy accent that the 'second I receive this call' that I had better call back, or they could only wish me luck as the situation unfolds.

I received a voice mail from a female with a very heavy accent that I could barely understand.  Sounded like she said her name was Mary Jane. She didn't identify a company.  Said very second you receive this message you or your attorny should return the call.  It is time sensitiive. Do not disregard this call.  If she didn't hear back from me or my attorney she could only wish me a good luck as this situation unfolds. She left 252-316-0498 as a callback no.

These people are calling and threating to sue me for a loan I do not know anything about, the person said his name is Attorney Christopher Paul attorney #NY0976929K. This person proceeded to tell me that he is an attorney for Baker & McKenzie whom I called and they informed that they have been getting alot of consumer calls regarding this person at this number.  The receptionist at the law firm confirmed after doing a data base search of all their offices that there is no one by that name employed by them, she recommened that I report this incident immediatley.
