James Levi Temple, 45, of the 5100 block of Rugby Road, Virginia Beach, Va., was arrested April 22 and charged with failure to appear in court as required. He was confined at Albemarle District Jail in lieu of a $15,000 secured bond.

Mr. Temple was convicted of the felony offense of Possession of Cocaine (Virginia Code Section 18.2-250).  On that charge, he was sentenced by Circuit Court Judge E.A. Martin to serve 3 years and 6 months in the Virginia State Penitentiary.  However, this entire sentence, except for time already served, was suspended on the following conditions: 1) he has to be of uniform good behavior for a period of 3 years from today's date; 2) he was placed on an indeterminate period of supervised probation, and 3) his privilege to operate a motor vehicle was suspended for a period of 6 months.

If you have any problems, just contact his probation officer, Mr. Darrell Hopkins at 757 683-8417. He must be stopped.

Please contact Norfolk police dept. Temple ison probation for 3 years for ccocaine charges. He will be locked up if he causes any trouble.

As he sat in court in hand cuffs, his drug problem showed as well as his mental illness. The cuffs didn't humble him at all. He claims his victims seek revenge but he persists in stalking, spoofing, and other underhanded tactics. Truly sick. He needs to wash his victims out of his system to save himself. I don't think one of his victims will stop until temple gets the message (which he wont)  jail and a psych ward are in order. Join forces people. He needs to brought to justice for good. The fbi, fcc, stalker organizations, and law enforcement are joining the victims to bring him to an end. The next meeting is coming. Emails will be sent out.

I see Mr. Temple deleted all the messages he posted that were directed at the victim or were pretending to be the victim. Too late.........they have already been copied and the authories including the FBI have them. We need to follow up with the FBI ---they are taking way too long.

He didnt show for his first appearance in superior court...............issued another warrant for his arrest......this makes 8 warrants between Norfolk, Chesapeake, Currituck, and Elizabeth City that we know of. They will be posting his pictures along with his dog on websites soon. Wonder has he had enough.

I wonder what he will do when he gets the notice for the lawsuit for emotional distress to the victims' families. Sure he can scam $100,000.00 from some closeted homos or maybe his other job, social security. Time will tell.

He posted bail so he is out harassing and destroying peoples property. Crazy huh? That's how you know we are not dealing with a normal person. They say he has relocated to VA. Need to get his address so he can be served for harassment and destroying property and violating a PO. I suggest you get a permit for a weapon, set up cameras, hire a private investigator, and take this matter as far as you need to . He will not stop...even with a threat from a judge........he has been on probation for other charges and doesnt follow orders. If society doesnt stop him........he and his family will destroy every peace of mind you have. Any recommendations for a private investigator?
