I can't swear this was the number they called from, but Discover magazine has failed to remove us from their call list again and again.

I don't answer unknown numbers. NEVER LEFT MESSAGE, SO QUIT CALLING.

Received a text saying "Hey Cutie".  Reverse look-up says North Carolina. Don't know anyone there - didn't respond.

Quit calling if your not going to leave message.

Same as all the others, call & hang up, then call back in an hour. Extremely annoying...

Didn't know this number but lived in NC for years so thought was an old friend. After doing research online I am glad I wasn't there to answer it. So far, no return calls yet.

This number shows up Nashvile, NC. I have been gone when the calls came through. They left no message. I have been receiving calls for the past few days.

I picked up and they tried to get me to renew a magazine I had never in my life subscribed too.  I get the feeling this is a scam to get our credit card numbers.  Do NOT trust these people!

they call many times a day.....i refuse to pick up, no message is ever left.  if i ever get a live person, they will get an earful..........

So what is their game? Same here w/ numerous calls about a non existing Playboy subscription. Since this has been going on for years it seems nobody can do anything to stop this kind of harassment. Maybe thiese Notes need to go to all our Congress people to,get it stopped?

Don't know what number it is, but I've been getting a couple of calls a week on my home phone (which is on the Do Not Call list) about our "Discover magazine subscription renewal."  We haven't gotten Discover magazine in years.  When I mention this fact, the caller unceremoniously hangs up.  And then a couple of days later another call comes in.

Can't believe that anyone ever subscribes after calls like this.  I have a real animus against Discover magazine now.

Third call today.  I answered this time and they asked for Frank (our last name).  I told her that there was no one here by that name (which this time, there really isn't) and that I don't know why people keep calling here looking for these people (last time another number asked for my husband) and she said "well maybe because they have the wrong number".

I have been receiving calls from them, I no longer answer any calls that say UNKNOWN name because I am almost certain it is an a***ole on the other end or tele call.

CALLED 4 TIMES TODAY AS WELL AS MANY OTHER DAYS  HOW DO YOU REPORT TO FTC ?

I finally answered after the 5th or 6th call from them.  The gal stated my name and I told her to please not call me anymore.  She started cursing me out and ended with F U B**ch, at least 7 times non stop until I hung up on her.  How do companies get away with this type of behavior???

They called me for the 5th time today.  They even knew my name.  I told them to not call me back and I was astounded by the language and rudeness they used on me.  It was awful (a female caller).  It was followed by "you don't even know who I am, why are you being so f'n rude to me.  F you B**th, f you B**ch, at least 5 times until I hung up on her, although she said the actual full word.  It was unbelievable.  I would love to somehow report these people.

It might be possible to block the calls.  Contact your provider to find out how.

Or put the number in your contacts list and assign it the ring tone "no ring".  That won't stop the calls but it will make them easier to ignore.

Someone from this number keeps calling on my cell and asking for Susan.  My mother's name is Susan but she doesn't live with me.  They are rude and call every few hours.  I've had 4 calls today.  When I call the number back, I get voicemail with no indication of what the call is about or what type of company this is.

Same here, Called 6 times about Discover Mag. Hung up 3 times-Asked to speak to supervisor and was told she had stepped out  and then she hung up, What's the deal?

I have caller ID. Have noticed this number is calling my home 2-4 times aday. No message is ever left

I got two calls from this number tonight within a three hour time period. The man on the first call asked to speak to my husband regarding his Playboy subscription. When I said he wasn't home he asked to speak with me. He wanted me to renew the subscription for $39 for two years. He wanted to take my credit card over the phone. I went along with him up until this point because I wanted to see where the conversation went. I googled the number and read everyone's comments about what was happening. They've been calling nonstop. Finally I told the guy my husband doesn't get Playboy. Then he tried to say maybe it was an old subscription. I said no and then he hung up. The second call had a different guy asking me if my Playboy subscription was arriving on time. I got angry with him and told said I don't know what you guys are doing, you just called three hours ago and I told you I don't get Playboy! Then he hung up on me.  Soooo sketchy!!

Same as previous posts.  Called about 4 times throughout the day.  Always hung up.

Yes they are annoying LOSERS

Just got a call from this number on our house phone. No answer when I picked it up.

These people have called my brother 4 times today and my brother explained that I do not live there.
I looked up the number and found that this number is a landline in Nashville, North Carolina. Of coarse
when calling back, the phone just rings busy.  These are a bunch of LOOSERS !!!!!!!!

even when i do answer they dont say anything. they just hang up. this is getting anoying and i cant even call the number back to freak out on them!!

They called and asked to speak to Michael. I told them there was no one at this number by that name, and they said they must have the wrong number. Pleasant enough, but odd that they would think someone named Michael would be at the number I've had for nearly 8 years now. Wonder if they will call back.
