This is a collections agency used by Knoxville Dermatology Group.  Really bad customer service, do not call back after repeated attempts to contact them.  They submitted the wrong information to the insurance company and have just learned that they turned the account to a collections agency.  Really classy group of folks. Will be looking for a new dermatologist!
