Yes we are!  But it's nothing to be proud of. One time there was a picture of a guy in a suit along with it.  Nicely dressed with his name under the pix.  Don't remember what it was.  Came to me on March 12, this year.  I have the number blocked.
It's lots of fun when you have a TracFone and have to pay for their time  (or stupidity).  Seems as tho I want to wring someones neck....

I did not recognize the number so I did not answer the call.

called my cel at about 7:00 pm.....said nothing....I swore at them and hung up the phone....called back and got their answering machine...left no message.

I received a missed call from this number.  I do not know anyone who could be using it.  Is it a marketing call?

253-203-1784 - called me 6:50pm CST from Tacoma, WA. Rang three times and hung up. I don't know anyone in WA. Didn't leave a message. I am also on the National Do Not Call Registry. I don't know how the people behind this call got my number. It will be blocked so that they don't call again.

Received a call from this number on March 17 at 5:06 pm EST. Looked it up, seems it comes from a telemarketer. This call came through on my cell phone. Both of my phones are listed in the do not call registry. Pisses me off that every day person has to obey laws while telemarketers and big corporations do not.

Don't ever call those numbers back...there is a major scam and those return calls you're making can cost YOU up to $20 per minute.  Look it up.  They'll even list the numbers to watch out for.  Read the article titled: "Don't Return Calls From These Area Codes -- It's A Scam!" at the following site:

I received a call from this number on 3/18/2014 around 7:30 MST. They left  no message and when I call back a woman's voice says:
"The extension 626-8855 is unavailable. Please leave your message after the tone. When your finished please hang up or press the hash key. Sorry the user's voice box and recieve anymore messages."
Then the call ends.

Weird call. I read on other sites that is asking for money for cancer research, it's an e-cigarette ad, the call hangs up as soon as you answer, or the call comes in as an emergency. It seems that this number can't lead to anything good, so I wouldn't answer call from this number.

And what is a Dialer, and what does that mean. I got a call from them last week.

They called me at 9:18 pm. I tried to pick up but they hung up on ring 3. Called them back at 9:18 p.m. and a message said the person you tried to reach in unavailable. Obviously, it was a machine already on to the next victim.

I received calls from this number twice on 3.11.2014 and 3.12.2014. Both of the calls were called around 6.30 PM. I tried to call back but the number couldn't connect, sounds like this number can only dial out but not receive any call.

It's really weird.

Just had this phone number pop up and didn't answer since I had no idea who it was.

(I don't answer numbers I don't recognize nor from anyone I should be getting calls from)

This number has called me twice, most recently a week ago. When I called back a computer generated voice that apparently was supposed to simulate a snobbish female with a British accent said .."Sorry, the person at extension 6268855 is unable to accept calls. Please leave a message ... sorry but the mailbox can not accept any messages."  
First red flag .. greeting does not identify company or person.
Second red flag ... obviously a fake greeting as how would they know what extension / person I am calling?
Third red flag ... no company in its right mind would have extensions with that many digits.
Fourth red flag .... no company or organization with any sense of good customer relations would have a greeting like that.  (I'll stop here)
My guess is maybe they are trying to capture good phone numbers for another telemarketing or similar scam.
