I am a widowed mother of 6. My daughter is in college, my car broke down and my hours got cut at work so i  apllied for a loan onlline and cash payday loan called me back told me i was aproved for $1500 that i would be able to payback in a 15 month period $115 a month. I was very sceptical about it but right now i am in a terrible position. So stupid me, i gave them my bank information plus $150, I have been calling Jon back all week and he has not been in his office since he gave me the western unoin information he told me to send $150 to someone named Nelly Paman in the Phillipines. I did it and now i regret it, I just called about 30 minutes ago and talked to someone and when i told him i wanted to speak to a manager the guys responce was a manager can't help you, so then i proceeded to tell the gentleman that this was not a legitimate comany and they are scamming people, he told me "if you know it is a scam then you should be quiet". I am not going to be quiet i am calling everyone that i know to tell them this story because i do not want anyone else to have to deal with this scum and i hope they do get caught and get put under the jail for stealing money that people work hard for. I am so upset with myself right now and i am telling everyone DO NOT DEAL WITH THESE PEOPLE THEY ARE A FRAUD!!!

I almost did the same thing, but I looked up online with the FTC (Federal Trade Comission), and it is illegal to try to offer loans over the phone in the United States for starters, it also has every point of this being a scam to look for.  http://www.ftc.gov/bcp/edu/pubs/consumer/telemarketing/tel16.shtm this weblink will give you all the information of a payday loan scam for future references.  Never send funds before getting funds first, they cannot ask for funds before receiving your loan on a payday loan like this.  I hope this helps, and I hope all turns out well for everyone that has been hit with this scam.

This # called me twice.

This is a scam its been over 5 hrs I called and complained also told them about this website and they kept telling me give it another hour or two. When I try calling the number now it just keep ringing with a voice mail DO NOT GIVE YOUR INFORMATION OR GO TO WESTERN UNION FOR THESE PEOPLE ANY ONE WHO ASKS FOR CASH UP FRONT DON'T DO IT , ITS ILLEGAL THESE PEOPLE ARE A SCAM I CAN'T BELIEVE I DID THIS !

so what is up is it a scam or not?? i hope not..i was approved for 1500, and talked to someone from this number. I had to send 150 to a guy by the name of aumbbel manrique orellana in peru in order to receive my loan for minimum payments of 110 each month for 1 year and 3 months. Talked to someone named james and said their company is cash payday loan in washington dc..was desperate wish i seen this before..said it will only b 30 to 40 minutes..hopefully its there in morning..this really sucks!!!! i have to pay bills or eviction!!! what should b my next step???

I filed a complaint with the Washington State Attorney General Office. Taking people's money is a crime and I deserve to get it back.

Called for a payday loan. I sent the dposit and have heard nothing back. Checked with my bank to see if funds were in transit and they had no recorde of a deposiot to be made. I will be calling back to try and straighten out the matter. At this point I am classifing this as a scam and will be reporting it. I encourage anyone else called by this company to do the same
