Let's find out who owns this number, and then publicize their name, address and phone number here. Then, maybe they will call the wrong person, who will then find them, break into their house in the middle of the night, take a large knife from the kitchen drawer and cut off all their arms & legs & head, then process all the big pieces into smaller pieces, bag them into a hefty-hefty garbage bag and dump them in a remote area.
Then, after this all happens, we can all get together in a bar somewhere, and laugh and and enjoy ourselves knowing that this person got what they deserved.
