I just a got a judgement in my local small claims court of $500 for harassment. I also got the judge to tack on my court costs and my 'time' at $25 dollars for 3 hours. I collected yesterday, via money order. That's an option for you - use your local judges though.

Don't know why I got a call or who it is but I don't want this number ever calling again.

I heard someone say my name. I didn't know who they were so I kept saying hello like I couldn't hear them. They hung up then I tried calling back twice and got D241 test successful. This was the number: 407-347-4021.

Has anyone ever failed the D241 test, I wonder?

I get a call from this number about three (3) times a day.  It is pissing me off!!! I called back, and I got the message this call cannot be dialed.  I do not know what they want or what it is for...

I get calls almost daily from this number.  I answered one time and nobody was on the other end, just silence.  I just ignore it anymore.  It would be nice to know who this is so authorities can put a stop to it.

This bad actor has called my cell phone number almost daily for two weeks.  I almost answered early on since I know people in the 253 area code, but luckily did not.  Now, after reading this, I know enough to fight back.  Thanks to all who have commented with suggestions.  It boggles my mind that the authorities have not been able to put a stop to it yet, despite four years of abuse.

This number has called me on my cell phone many times. There is a female voice that says "we can help you". I answered it today and told them firmly to stop calling. Now lets see if it stops.

This is ridiculous........all these complaints since 2007!!  Has anyone reported this to the Attorney General's office of the State of Washington?  I'm going to file a complaint and reference this site.

I get this call every night from this Allied Interstate.  I can't get any of the numbers to work or talk to anyone.

The call I got was from 253-218-3451 and they left a message telling me to call 800-258-8074.  I  Googled both numbers and found it was Allied Interstate.  I had trouble with them before and reported them to the Attorney General of AZ.  They sent the AG a letter stating that they were attempting to collect a debt that wasn't in our name, from a person that didn't live in our city, didn't have our phone number, with a company that we didn't have an account with - ever.  I have no clue why they were calling our number, 48 times in 3 months, always at 7:01 - 7:04 in the morning. I complained about that also but they assured the AG that they never had called before 8:00 a.m.  Apparently those  working in collection agencies  in the East don't know AZ doesn't go on Daylight time and don't know much of anything else either. They mercifully stopped calling for about 9 months.  Now here they are again.  They just don't call as often.  I don't answer the phone so don't know what the Call Type is but assume it's a debt collector.  Seems if they really want to talk to somebody they would have a live person on the line when the answering machine picks up.  I just finally answered a call today from someone wanting to know about my neighbor - asked him if he knew all his neighbors, which he said he didn't.  I said I didn't know all mine either, didn't know the neighbor he was calling about and to stop calling our house.  At least they had a live person leaving a message - not an automated twit. And it wasn't two minutes later that this Allied call came in.

They call before 8AM (PT) and after 9PM (PT).  I thought it was illegal in the State of Washington to use computer-generated calls.....because they do!

They called and didn't leave a message.  I called them back and heard "241 - test successful" and then it hung up.  WTH does that mean?

This number keeps calling me and leaving messages, however, they apparently are talking before the answering system kicks in and I only get part of the phone number.  Have no clue who the heck they are.

All I get is:  258-8074 - not sure what area code.

Got an automated message about debt from this number... I don't have debt lol Wish they would stop calling.

Don't tell Debit collectors Anything until they Identify themselves and explain why they are calling. That is the Law. It's called The Fair Debit Collection Practice Act. Debit collectors have to abide by this law or be sued by you. Everybody should be aware of this law. Make the Debit Collectors Pay you since they always follow Illegal Practices. I also have recieved calls from this number who also refuses to identify why they are calling. They say they are with Allied something and wanted to verify my address. Never do this until you have all their information first. I suggest you use caller Block or Screening this helps to keep them from calling. One trick they try to use is using different numbers just block or screen all of them you will not hear from the again.

I also got a call from this number and said they were with alliance but refused to tell me any information unless they verified my address. I told them they need to explain what they were calling about they refused so I said that the conversation is pointless and hung up. If anybody has caller screening on their phone service I would suggest you add phone numbers like this to it. They will never call again. Caller Screening tells the caller from the number calling that their number in not being accepted. Some of these callers can be Debit collectors who violate the law to the extreme by threats and harrassment and espically false identification and other lies. Know your Rights throught the Fair Debit Collection Practice Act. Debit Collectors can be sued for lots of money violating this law. Some say they are acting in accordance with the law but most likely it's a lie.

I called number back and received message D2 test complete.   Does anyone know what that means

I get a call from this number at least once a day and have several weeks now. They call at various times of the day and when I actually answer all I get is a recording.  The first many times I thought they were saying a death. My husband answered it and heard debt. Death or debt doesn't matter, if they can't leave a message or call without a recording I won't respond. I am sure that this is some kind of scam.  

The recording says something like " This is Allied Interstate. We are contacting you about a death (debt). Call us at............" I have hung up by the time they get that far.

I have gone through all this same stuff. They call me twice a dayand sometimes hang up before itis finshed ringing.  They have called My x's and my daughter in law,.  I have been called about bills before ,even after the bill has been satisfied.Thisgives me a head ache.I am luckyto have callers ID

They called this morning asking for a "Cletus Melich", I replied "who"? They repeated the name, I said "no at this number, never heard that name". She replied that she would mark the number incorrect and then told me the call was monitored. I called them back and got the pre-recorded message "D241 Test Successful".

These people...calling my mother's home looking for my ex boyfriend, from 11 years ago. Are you people insane? Stop it

They keep calling my number when I have already asked them not to.  Now the calls are coming in two times a day instead of one.  I will cease and disist any further calls, however, I doubt this will help because they are increasing calls to my home.  They are very rude and aggressive and I still do not know who they are.  When you call back to get management it states, "Call will not go through"

Suckers call me two-three times a day even though I am on the do not call list, only leave a message to call back, which will not go thru

They called our number today, asked for somebody, said we were not this person, the female on the line said you are being recorded, we replied, good for you and hung up.

Just barely called me, 1:57 pm MDT and called a couple of days ago but the recording is poor quality and I could hardly make out what they were saying.  I figured I'd better google the number to see what it was about.
