someone calls from this # and when I answer there is no one on the line. they call day and night at all times

Keep getting calls from this number on my cell - rings twice and then stops.  A real nuisance.

they called me on cell phone at 3:19 AM and hung up aftr 2 rings. got no answer when i called back to see who it was.

This number called this office 3 times on 6/11/12, never anyone there. They call on weekend, at night, and all day long. You cannot call them back because the number never answers.

This number has been calling our home number and not leaving a message. Once at 1:45 in the morning.  Upon answering no one is there. I have tried calling the number back and get a busy signal or dead air.  This harassment must stop.

We get daily calls from this number on our work lines and cell phones, simultaneously.  The phones only ring once.  It is especially disturbing to receive these calls at work as most of our calls are death related.  We MUST answer the phone, but getting calls like this are just irresponsible.  If they ever have the nerve to say something to us, believe me, I'll have plenty to say to them.

Do you kno3w what level 3 communications is?  I have been receiving calls from this number 3 or 4 times a day for a couple of weeks.  I was having problems with my phone and assumed this was the phone company until I looked here.

Report this number as a harassing call to your phone company. If it continues call the Police and tell them you are getting harassing calls. Until everyone makes out a police report these people will continue to harass.

We receive a call from this number every day sometimes 3 or 4 times. It rings once or maybe twice and disconnects. Our number is a business number so do not understand why the caller does not speak. I have called the number and it doesn't ring or answer.  I will be contacting the phone company to research this issue. It is irritating to say the least.

My experience is similar to Kim's. I have been getting several calls from this number every day at my office. The phone rings one time, then  disconnects. I checked my caller ID log, and they've called a dozen times over the past few days. It's a real distraction when I'm busy. I'm going to block this number from my phone... If I can figure that out!

According to 411.com this number is owned by level 3 communications. Everyone needs to contact them and let them know one of their numbers is harassing people. This number has been calling my cell phone twice a day for a week.

This number calls multiple times a day to my cafe...only rings once. When I have tried to call the number it gives me a message that "all circuits are busy." This has been going on for 3 weeks and I am really tired of it. Let me know if anyone else wants to file a harrassment lawsuit. I am on the do not call list.
BIG TIP...call your phone company and tell them you want a third party bill block. Did you know that any joe blow can tack a bill onto your phone bill. It has happened to me twice!

They are calling my work place but it only rings once not long enough to answer it.  This is very annoying when I have more important calls to attend to

No message. Only rings once and calls 1-3 times per day almost every day. Always has some weird letter number combo for the name of the caller.

I keep receiving this call about receiving grant money but I haven't applied for a grant or loan, the caller keep acting like they couldn't hear me and kept talking over top of me. I then replied I'm not interested, please take my number out of your listing and don't call again.

Received 3 calls in one day.  Never answered never left a message.

They called again...Carmella from U.S. Financial asking about a grant that either I or a member of my framily applied for.  I told her to take me out of her database.

My caller from (253) 236-2016 wanted money for a children's charity. With all the back ground noise you could tell it was a large call center.

Got a call on my cell number from (253) 236-2016. They told me my grant came through and wanted to let me know how to get the money. I told them I didn't apply for a grant. They asked if I could use some money that I wouldn't need to pay back. Very annoying ... I hung up!  Would like to know how/where they are getting our cell numbers!
