on 3/30/12 is how long ive saved this number until i stumbled on to this site i have litterally over a hundred of theese numbers in my phone. Every time  i get a new number i save it then later after work i tell the wife my "buddy called again" she just hands me a beer kisses me on the cheek and tells me to have fun...i redial and redial send texts and relentlessly have at it cussing them out....try it its a total blast f-ing with them other times i tell them this is general so and so at the pentagon and stuff like that so suggestion give it a try youll have a great time blowing off steam

I received a new cell phone (with a new number to me) and immediately upon turnig it on for the first time, I started receiving calls from this number.  The lady identified her company as Road To Recovery, and asked if "crippling debt from payday loans" was causing grief to my life.  I told her I have never had a payday loan.  She seem suprised to hear that, and said goodbye.  She was nice, but it was a typical script-reading telemarketer.  Obviously the guy who had this number before me was in financial trouble, because this is one of 3 numbers that calls repeatedly.  One of the others was for the same thing. also 815 687-8103

i receive calls from this number all the time.

This week I have been receiving calls from all different area codes every 2 to 3 hours.  I have tried to locate on the internet where calls are coming from and some are from Guanajuato.  Most are unavailable. Some of the area codes are 462, 477, 839, 866.  One of the numbers is the same as you have listed in your note.  What is the deal on these calls ??  I now have the phone off the hook.  I plan to call COX to see if they can help me.

THERE'S NO WAY THEY CAN GET THROUGH WITH THAT NUMBER. IF THEY CHANGE THE NUMBER AND DO GET THROUGH, I WILL ADD THAT NUMBER TO THE REJECT LIST ON MY CELL PHONE. I ALSO HAVE A CALL REJECT LIST ON MY HOME PHONE. SAME THING APPLIES TO MY HOME PHONE. NO MORE CALLS FROM THESE MORON'S ON MY CELL OR HOME PHONE. C U LATER

I got a call from this number at 9:45 PM!!!

This number calls me me at the minimum of 4 times daily. It's been happening for 2 weeks now.  I don't answer. They never leave a voice message. If I call the number back, no answer, and oddly the number doesn't ring. Just dead silence the WHOLE time.

Who IS this? My guess would be a scam artist???

Most of these calls are from foreign countries.  How you going to sue them?

who area u going to report them to?  I am on a do not call lit and yet they call. You can report them t the do not call web site and it does no good.

They have been calling me like every other day or so. Quite annoying, and I wish they could cut it out.

I have received repeated calls from this number.  Last 2 days I have told these people I am not interested in their services.  They continue to talk trying to hard sell me their services even though I have told them 3 or 4 times I AM NOT INTERESTED IN THEIR SERVICES.  I finally ask them to repeat what I have said and they hang up.

These guys are scam artists looking for money.  . They are also calling from 516-515-4367.  They are pieces of s*** trying to steal from Americans. Be careful.

Missed a call, second time I answered, a girl laughed and hung up. Definitely filling a police report. Annoying phone calls is a legit complaint.
