They are DNR Recovery and they are a bunch of LIARS - they will call u a 100 times a day saying they are going to Garnish your wages or suspend you DL - in Texas they can't do either one so the joke is on them.

I got a call from a number in CT this morning. Don't know anyone in that state so I didn't answer. And not even 5 minutes later I got a call from this number. I didn't answe rather one and I believe my voice mail is full so they couldn't leave a message.. very strange, never got a call from these numbers before.

I JUST RECEIVED A PHONE CALL FROM A MRS. SYNDER CLAIMING WE OWE A LOAN FROM PAYDAY TODAY.  CLAIMING THEY ARE GOING TO GARNISH MY HUSBANDS CHECK NEXT WEEK.  SHE CLAIMS THEY HAVE A COURT ORDER TO GARNISH 25% OF HIS CHECK IF HE DOESN'T PAY OVER $2,000.00 BACK..... WE DON'T EVEN REMEMBER ANY PAYDAY TODAY LOAN......SCAM SCAM SCAM

I just got a call from them as well. They said they were with DNI Recovery and when I asked they said they were going to transfered me to their manager. Another girl (Supposedly) came on the phone and she said that it was for a loan from in the past for 2400 and that they would take a one time payment in the amount of 790. They would only take a prepaid card or debit card. They almost got me but then I got suspicious before actually paying and looked them up. Here is where that got me. No such company. The number that they gave me to call back was 877-855-1624 and said her name was miss perkins. She refused to give me a first name. When I tried to call back I just got an answering machine. Supposedly they were going to send me an email with the info but I never got anything.

Got a call on my cell phone for my husband.  Could hardly understand this lady, I think she said Ms. Johns??  Anyways, I didn't understand a thing she said except that the call was for my husband and the return number was 877-855-1624.  Don't plan on calling this chick back.  If your are for real than you would have sent me something in the mail.  We get this calls all the time.  I love to call back and mess with them.  It's a fraud don't give them any information.

I received a call at work. It was a women very unprofessional stating that I owe 2100.00 I called her back and told her I was calling the cops just wanted to make sure the number was correct.

These people are relentless. I got a call today from 253-238-5418, which is Washington. The woman's name was Ms. John and she did not have an accent. ( we previously have received calls from men with a heavy Middle Eastern accent) Ms. John explained that my husband had an outstanding payday loan from Pay Day Today? I was also told that because of the interest and penalties he now owes $2400 and they were going to begin a 25% wage garnishment or they could set me up on a payment plan for the next 10 months. When I asked for a debt verification letter, she told me she couldn't supply that because they ( DNI Recovery) was the 3rd. collection agancy his account had been placed with and that the last collection agency had sent out a letter on Dec. 29th, 2010. ( we never got anything ). I asked for an address for her company and the one she gave me was in Illinois. Which I assume is bogus, the call back number she gave me was 1877-855-1624. I can't believe I actually took the cal, I usually just let it ring, they caught me off guard and without the thick Middle Eastern accent, I actually talked to this bottom feeder. Do not get sucked in, it will only upset your day.

Same thing! I had a phone call and the lady 's name is Ms JOHN? She said that i owe pay day loan $1200!! I asked for the company's name and she said it was Fast Cash(dealt with them once and paid them off) small world!!! So i called  the company and they said i paid them in full and it's a fraud.Now this when it gets interesting for me, so i turned the table on them! i called them back and spoken to MS JOHN confronted her and said: "Ms John i paid Fast Cash in full, why did you state that i owe $1200?" She hestitated and Transfer the call to her manager!! She was so unprofessional. Spoken to the manager she said it was not Fast Cash i didn't owe, it was United pay day loan! Thats when i said that she was a "F*ckin lair and her company is a fraud!" She also said that i was not in the same paste with her! I told her if she and Ms John call me again i will report her to the police! She also stated that she will garnish 27% of my paycheck. I told her that i don't have a bank acct(which i do, hehe)  how are you going to manager that B*tch! She hung-up on me and never heard from them! FYI don't give your info to them even if they threaten you with the law.

Same thing as above. They are calling my cell and my work number. Threatening garnishment and DL suspension which I know is bogus. Has anyone actually received notice from them in the mail? I work for an attorney and I know that calls mean nothing, if you do not receive it in writing, preferably by certified mail, it won't stand up in court.

DNR tried to scam me with that BS. The lady said that i owe them $2100 she was very persistant and wanted me to give out my acct#! Thank you for the info!

They will call you a 100 times a day with all sorts of stuff they are going to do to you - which in Texas there is nothing they can do, as in garnishment - even had one tell me they are going to suspend my DL.  I just laughed in her face and told her to go ahead.  Spoke to an attorney, she told me they can not do anyting but for me to keep good notes and a call log and contact her back in three months with what I had to go after them - so I am just bidding my time and recording their every call.

I the same ppl call me today and they really couldn't tell me much info. Didn't sound professional at all.

SCAM SCAM SCAM.  This one one of several numbers they use - they call themselves D&R recovery.  I called them pretending I was with the state Attorney General's Office and nobody would give me their name and they finally hung up on me.  SCAM SCAM SCAM.  The only way to get the payday loan scammers to stop calling you is to harass the S*** out of them once you get their phone number.  Call call call and keep calling.  They will block your number and stop calling you.

I just got a call from these people too saying that a garnishment of 25% would be taken out of my next paycheck...I see from these other posts that I am not the only one and wonder if anyone knows who to contact regarding these calls.  Anyone ever have any luck stopping these calls?  They have called on and off for a couple of months and I too, unfortunately, have applied for online cash advances and wonder if thats where they got my info.

I just got a call 2 weeks ago saying that they were going to begin wage ganishments at 25% due to an unpaid loan and that it would start on my next pay check. These people do not sound foreign. So i called back to find out more informationwhen she picked she answered GNI or DNI recovery when i asked her what they were calling me for they kept me on hold for about 15mins until i decided to hang up. they called and left the same message i decided to call back and waited this time another 20 mins on hold she said i owed 500 to united cash which i have never heard of and that it had turned into 2500. when i asked for their number her response was prior to contract agreements i cant give the number out that when i started calling her a liar and she hung up so i called back and mentioned a lawyer and she hung up again. i called back once more and told her i had found out she was lying and that i would contact a lawyer and yet again she hung up. needless to say these are just like the foreign people only no accent! got me believing until i emailed all the united cash places possible and none have any info on me at all!

Just got a call from this number.  It was a female and sounded like she was in a loud call center.  Couldn't really understand what all she was saying.  All I could catch was that she was calling from DNR or DNI Recovery and their office is investigating a case of check fraud and it was urgent for me to call back.  These people are frauds obviously.  I never answer calls from numbers I do not recognize.  They always keep calling with similar scripts and talk of threats of going to jail or wage garnishment.  If they weren't frauds or scammers they would have done more by now instead of calling for the past 8 months or so.  I used to get calls from men that were Middle Eastern saying they were officers and that they were investing a very important financial matter or lawsuit and that if I didn't call back I would go to jail and best of luck to me.  I think these people have gotten information from internet payday loans I have applied for and now wish I hadn't.  With the middle easterners it was the same script, posing as officers or creditors and that I will go to jail.  Now its american women who don't speak clearly from this DNI or DNR recovery and trying to threaten garnished wages or as this last one, check fraud.  I just keep ignoring them until I get something legit from the courts or law enforcement.  Obviously they are just scammers.

Yep same thing happened to me im not even sure what they are talking about but they say i owe thme 800 bucks and i have no memory of ever getting a loan
