Called just now, I never answer the phone when its a number I dont know. If they have anything to say they will leave a message. They didnt leave a message, like most telemarketers. so I checked this site. This site is so useful for screening calls, I use it all the time.

The lady is a tramp and has nothing else to do. NOW MAKE HER STOP CALLING US.

Yeah dude I got the same call from this number as well, same "Hi Thing"  Its pretty messed up that citizens of the united states cant even keep thier own cell phone number private anymore.  Im thinking about tracking these people down myself.  Its sad too because people like me actually do try thier best to handle things within the law.  But the law only helps us so much, then they just dont care after a while.  *Sigh* Wheres the Gat?

received a call from thus number. Wanted to verify magazine subscriptions.  Fishing for credit card information.

missed the call. they left a message but it started in the middle of a recording. all i heard was the last of it saying "This will be the final courtesy call you will be recieving." well shoot.. missed that final one. ive been waiting on an important phone call all morning from my brain surgeon, and i thought i missed it, but nope. just my final courtesy call from some place i dont give a crap about.

Just called my Verizon Cell #. nothing for a couple beats till i said hello again, then just the short hi and then dead line. Since I had to say Hi a second louder time makes me think it is a recording activated by voice...
trying to decide if i should try calling back or not.

Called my cell #; said they left message, but there was none. (I do not give this # out, so not sure how they got it.)

They called me, but I didn't answer. No voice mail.

Female caller left a msg making a referance to a previous conversation that we never had about how to lower my intrest rate on a credit card, I didn't listen long enough to know if I even havr this particular card or not.

They said hi then hung up.

I just got a call - I let it go to voice-mail - no message was left - I call them, its a recording to opt out, which I did

Same thing... said Hi and hung up.  Most certianly some sort of a scam and MUST BE STOPPED.  

If the scammer is reading this, BEWARE.  I am so tired of this crap that I will go after you with a vengeance !  Not too difficult to trace you down.

This number just called my cell. Got the "Uhm, hi" and hang up. Very weird. I hope they don't call back.

Just got one on my private CELL that I don't give out, don't use for biz. If you get these "lower your interest rate" people, they actually have NONE of your info til you give it. Ask what credit card they're calling about, or who they represent (bank? card co.? NO?) I prefer to keep asking questions til they realize I'm onto them and hang up - if they waste my time why shouldn't I waste theirs? Also agree with getting to the vendor who hired them - wonder if they know how many calls they pay for as live contacts when the guy just says "Uh hi" and hangs up.

I received a phone call right now from this number 253-246-8068 and after said "hi" they hung up. I re dial back to know who was calling me, but this number never pick up.... what is this # or company doing?

Just got a call from them. I didn't answer and sent it to voice mail. They left the same message as others got about lowering interest rates.

Nov 28, 2011.   Just got the call from "Uh, Hi".   When I first answered the call with a "hello", it took 2 seconds to get an "Uh, hi". Thinking back, it may have been a recording but I can't be sure. I then said, yes, this is T**.  The line then went dead.

Jeez, what is this?

just got one of those calls ( 9:38 am )  11 - 28 - 11. i never answer a number i don't know, it went to voice mail. something about credit card debt. went on line saw all your comments. ain't internet great for stuff like this.

Caller was a male voice, said "Hi," and was disconnected like all other comments.  Call was to my cell phone which has a 360 area code even though I currently live in TX.  Caller ID showed "800 service."  Call lasted a total of 11 sec.

My guess is that it's actually a recording and they are trying to survey which numbers are active in such a way that it wont make people suspicious.

Yea, got a few calls from them too, it noted as Design Reports,on caller ID, what ever that means.

The first time they called they left a message saying I had contacted them to lower my credit card rate. I am pretty sure it is a scam. Do not call them back.

They called my ONLINE SKYPE NUMBER said hey and hung up. WTF?

I've been getting these calls at about 7:30 PM (exactly when I'm putting my kids to bed)  on and off for over a month and I have requested to have myself removed many times and I am also on the national do not call list. I get a recording saying that they are going to help me become dept free.  Problem is, except for my mortgage which I pay on time every month, I already am. I have issued a complaint with the FCC and hope you do the same.
