Just received a call from this number.  I didn't answer it because it was not a familiar number.  They left no message on my answering machine.

I was just called and not recognizing the number I did not answer; also I was on another legitimate call.

But, I out of curiosity did call the number on my caller id back and it is a rapid busy signal.

Calls like this are A N N O Y I N G and a waste of time!

What I want to know is why is a company in Washington calling and bothering me when I live in Southern California. And they don't even leave a message. Time to report them to the proper authorities.

This number calls several times a week sometime 2 or 3 a day always hangs up, I dont answer most of the time but it is annoying.

Crazy, dramatic, ringmaster type of talking man started out with "Goooood Morninnng!"  "May I pleeeease speak with Mr. or MRS. __________?"   When I said, "speaking" he wanted to know how I was on this lovely day?!  Then without waiting for an answer, he said he had talked to me a few months ago and I "wasn't ready yet..."  (Lie)  He said the company was "Top Design Company" and then asked if my next project was going to be inside or outside the house?  (All the time he was enunciating in this crazy, overly dramatic way.)

I said, "Do not call me again."  And you could tell by his voice that made him mad and he said, "That's enough.  That's ENOUGH!"  (I hadn't said another word.)  Then he told me to have a nice day and hung up!

Caller used ID:V03091557570041 to call me again.  I was in backyard. I didn't lsten or answer.

Arseholz has called me 8 times!

they keep calling.  i blocked my # and called them back and they don't accept blocked calls.  but they have no problem calling us and bothering us.  make them stop.

I have gotten over 100 calls from this number, have NO idea who this is, they call any time even in the middle of the night sick as hell of this.

Called telling me he was from Top Design & stated he  didn't know why the "hell" his father named it that because he didn't design anything. Told me he was calling from my city and gve me a street name I know didn't exsist. When I questioned him, he mentioned another close by city.( I'm in CA)  He stated he was selling solar panels. He was a total knuckle head and no person in their right mind wouyd have him working for them. Called the phone number (WA state) and put myself on their do not call list. Lets see if it works.

Why cant the phone company stop these invasions.  Why do we pay big bucks for service and get no protection from these calls.

This guy called and didn't indentify himself or his company.....when I told I was sick and wasn't interested. He yelled at me:  What did you call me?>  and hung up.  I tried the number to see if I could talk to a supervisor and nobody answered. These people are unbelieveable. If anyone has found a way to get through to them, please let me know.  I would like to rip them a you know what.

These people call me.  didn't identify themselves, were rude and then hung up on me. I would like to know the name of the company and talk to a supervisor.  I get a recording when I call the number back.

numerous unwanted calls from this number - caller ID reads "TDC"

Been getting calls from this number for over a month, ID'ed as TDC & others on caller id.  Never talks after I pick up.

They called my house, hung up when I did not answer.

Got this phone call from "Matt Bergan" or something like that.  You could tell the dude was from India, Pakistan or such because of the thick accent.  It was a terrible connection.  They called four times in a row,  once from this number, once a Private Caller, and twice from 720-708-1000.  They asked for a specific person and said they were from a Government Grant and I had been awarded a $7250. government grant that I would not have to pay back.  He kept telling me that I had this grant and would be crazy to let it go.  It was awarded based on my credit, bills, timely payments, etc.  I told him that government grants have to be applied for and I knew that wasn't true.  He insisted that it was....I asked him for a website so that I could verify everything he was saying and he hung up on me.

Got call this am from this #.  I hung up on them today, but last week, this same number (I think) called with a pitch like, "we're doing work in your area, and would like to come by & give you a free estimate".  I said "No thanks, our house is for sale", and hung up before they could say what kind of work they were doing.  1 or 2 similar calls last month.

Does anyone know what gov't agency is supposed to monitor the "Do Not Call" list, and if they take call reports like this and do anything about it?

We are on the do not call list. Not sure how they got our number. Great website by the way. I will definitely use this again.

Another hangup

Call from "TDC".  Have rec'd many from this number in the past, and after reading all the similar complaints here, filed a formal complaint at the National Call Registry.  I don't answer, and they never leave a message.

have received calls from not only this number 253-246-8573 but also 800-290-5130 told them I'm on the no call list and I will turn them in to the FCC if they call again.
