I get 2 calls a day from these do***e bags, they have another number as well it's 253-246-8510 def. a scam

They called my Trackphone cell phone 12pm - did not answer it as remembered the previous listings here.

It seems a STEVE HAMILTON is the owner of the company. Maybe we need to call him to see if we can help him lower his credit card rates......  his number is 888-655-0556  or  310-523-0000.

If you are getting calls from the a*holes just block their calls. They are not going to stop if you tell them they have the wrong number, send them them a certified letter, report them to do not call list or report them to your attorney general.
If you have a home phone all you need to do is get a phone with caller id block. Uniden and Panasonic make them now. The uniden I have does not even ring once, just blocks their calls. If they call on your cell and you do not have caller id block, just save them as a contact and set their ringtone to no ring.

No message left. I see it is a credit card consolidation company. I am on the do not call list.

Won't stop calling my cell phone!!!

I'm on the do not call list also, and it does absolutely no good. This number and others like it, call my cell on a daily basis. Not only my cell, but my children's cell's also. Luckily Android has a built in blacklist call blocker for unwanted numbers, so that's what we're using now. No more problems, unless they start using another number. Then, it's only a couple of clicks on my phone and, they're blocked again. It is a hassle to have to do this though. I've gotten charges on my phone bills before, because my son replied to a random texts that these scammers also send out. I called and had a block put on all my line for any outside charges. I also found out that Verizon and other cells companies get a percentage of the money these scammers get, for letting them charge this crap to your account. Now that should be illegal. Search it if you don't believe they do it, don't just take my word for it, and always read over all the charges on your cell bill. Chances are, your paying for something you didn't subscribe to. A lot of people are and have no clue because they just pay the bill and trust their provider. That's the last thing you should do. Sorry for the extra long post, Mark.

I'VE BEEN GETTIN CALLS FROM THIS NUMBER AND THEY NEVER LEAVE MESSAGE. NOW THAT I LOOKED IT UP I KNOW WHO IT IS. I'M GOING TO ANSWER NEXT TIME A SCREW WITH THEM!!

This number just called me 12 times in a row. I never answered and they did not leave a message.

They just called my cell here at work.  I wasn't able to pick up but called back right away and it was a pre-recorded message wanting me to enter 1 then my phone number.  I did not do- thank God.  If it's that Steve H. guy @gmail.com he really needs to get a life.  If you have that much creativity and free time- put it to good use. You will feel much better about yourself.

I'm getting calls from this number and a guy that can barely rear is giving a message for me to punch in the number 1 to place my phone on the do-not-call list. Then they want me to put in the phone number. I have not and can't seem to get them on the phone to ask that they remove my number from their call list.

The "do not call " list will help.
Try that and also ask your phone company which number(s) to press after the annoying calls and they will be blocked.
I have Comcast and they helped me.

apparantly, the call was blocked and they could not got though.
tonight at 9.25 they tried again and the phone just off only once and i knew the call was blocked.
when i checked the caller id there was no number on it, after all there is justice!!!

Per this document, it is not that easy to trace the real caller.  Again, per the same document, these people are out to scam us.  So, press the 1 button to speak to an operator, have a loud whistle handy and blow as hard into it (by the mouthpiece) as you can when someone asks you for your creditcard number.  They won't play nice, why should we.  If they have enough partially deaf people, perhaps they will learn their lesson!

Seriously folks, is there a fail safe way to solve this irritating calls once and for all? I have seen multiple claims to the "Do Not Call List" and complains to the FTC.  The FTC NEEDS to ACT on this.  There should be an official complain department on these rogue callers.  The FTC should force the phone companies to provide information of the registered owner/address/business so they can be fined heavily.  They (the creeps) and the FTC and we know these companies/individual are up to no good.  Why isn't the FTC doing anything about it.

Besides, there was a law stating that you can sue them in small claims court if they persist on calling you.  But how can you sue them when you are unable to identify them.  It would be great if we can all start suing them; they would be put out of whatever illegitimate business they are doing!

I have recieved a number of calls from this number.  No message is left. They just call early in the day and late in the evening.

Spectacular! Now my cell phone and our landline were called at the same time. They were ringing at the same time. 253 246 8586 on my cell phone and credit card telemarketer on the landline. Is there any way to stop them? This is just ridiculous.

my company is scamming help

I did not pick up they left a message re do I want Health insurance quote... I did 4 months ago, I don't think they ever go away even when you tell them no thanks, I'm good, take me of the list.

I got a call from these a-holes today @1:03 pm est claiming that they were selling affordable health insurance... Caller ID came up as US CC with a number of 253-246-8586... After checking the internet I find it interesting that this number is associated with another call I frequently get about lowering my interest rate on my credit cards.... After some research I think that this is all connected to Steve F. Hamilton, a known scammer who should be locked up in a room with about 50 of us people who are tired of his crap.....

if you call the no. back, it gives you an automated message saying it is a stop call and you key in your no. and supposedly drops you from their lists to call

this co.  keeps calling me,I never answer. Is there any way to stop their calls?

I got several calls from this number that I did not answer. I finally went to the Android market and downloaded the Blacklist app. Blocked their number, no more calls!

Get calls/voice messages from these suckas all the time. Losers of the first degree in my book.

They called - the call went to voice mail - no message left.
