These people called and left a message saying it was a law office. When I called back they asked for my name, the number I'm calling from, etc.. I wouldn't give that to the rep and she started cussing at me. The message they left said there was a case against me and I might be arrested lol

You are right, you are getting a call from the jerks from First National Collection Agency, bad BBB rating at that.  The scums search out old debts that others could not collect, then they get a phone number in your state and bomb bard you with calls like they have a office next to you. Dont fall for there crap. If others could not collect, they wont either. They love to keep calling you day and night.  I suggest waiting for the call, by yourself a loud horn, let it connect and blow the horn into your receiver.  Bigo, you just caused someone to buy a hearing aid.  A few of those and they will learn not to call you no more.

These people think they are being tricky.  Number belongs to First national collection agency and not based in Washington State.  They try to collect old debts that others could not collect over the years. Tell them to kiss your a** and hang up.  They have bad rep with BBB and i wont pay them a dime even if my life depended on it. They are a joke.  Dont worry, in most cases they wont file against you if they know they will end up eating court fees.

Debt Collector
If you send them a certified letter stating that they are never to call you again they should stop.  Make sure you send it certified.  Even if this is your own debt you can make a formal request to stop calling you and to send correspondences through the mail.  This will not stop them from taking you to court to collect on the debt, but it should stop them from calling your house a number of times per day.

They have been calling us for over a year for Kelly J. Hill.  I don't know this person and have told this company at least 50 times to stop calling our number because the person they are looking for doesn't live here and we don't know them.  They keep saying they will remove our number but so far it hasn't happened.  They call at least twice a day.  Caller ID shows up as (.) 253-269-0434 and they leave a call back number of 1-800-824-6191.  Now when they call, I call them back and put the phone next to The Banana Phone Song playing VERY loudly and walk away.  Idiots!

I got a call from them today.  I called their number out of curiosity and they are a collection agency, looking for someone who has never lived here.  Said they would remove my number.  Not holding my breath.
