The BBB is a scam all it self. You must pay them for a a good rating. Walmart gets millions of complaints every year yet still have an A rating. Why, because they pay for the A rating. Maybe you should do research before criticizing someone for a job to make money. It is not illegal to call someone at home

They are not members of the BBB in Olympia -- I went and looked. Despite that, the BBB gives them an A rating. Would calls reporting nuisances be noted if they're not a member?

Thank you for the info, I was at my parents tonight and they called after 9:00 pm on a week night! Both my parents were in bed for work tomorrow and they hung up on us also. I submitted a complaint also.

I got a call asking for me by my first name (not "Bob"). I asked "who is calling?" and they hung up.  If you dial them back and press "111" when the voice mail asks for the extension, you will be able to leave a voice mail. I suggest this is more than a phony debyt collector or telemarketer - this is telephone harassment, which is a crime (I know, I am an attorney). I left them a message telling them to expect a call from the prosecutor.  Maybe everyone should do this?

Got a call from this number today.  Short survey about appliances in our home, asking if we had gas or electric heat, top load or front load washer, do we own a water filtration system, do we have an air filter, bag or bagless vaccuum.  No questions that would really identify much about our family.  She didn't ask me for any personal information. Thanked me for my time.  Don't remember who she said she was calling for when I answered.

The company is Coastal Air.  Used to be in Bremerton, now in Olympia.  After you take the survey the next call will be to set up an appointment, supposedly an hour long, but it lasts nearly 3 hours.  You "win" a prize of BBQ tools (cheap), a blanket or car emergency kit.  Then they come to your house with an air cleaning system that stinks up the room they put it in.  Then they show you a filter queen vacuum which is way over priced and not worth the $3500!!!  Total waste of 3 hours.

Contact the BBB to report complaints.

I can't believe they'd call on the night before Christmas Eve and we're all  busy.  This is family time.  And...that's WAY too much to get your ducts cleaned.

I called and spoke with the owner and told him what happened and to REMOVE me from the calling list
He asured me that it was not company policy to hang up on anyone and I would be removed from his list

I got a call this afternoon from a woman who asked to speak to my wife. When I asked her what she was calling about, she hung up. I think this same company has called about 3 times before. I have told them not to call back. This time I filed a complaint with the "National Do Not Call Registry" at www.donotcall.gov . I encourage others to do the same

I have asked to be on the "DO NOT CALL" that has not stopped the calls from
this number. I want this tele-a-marketer to stop all calls to our number from the
above number. Sometimes a person is on the other end and sometimes it is a
hang up. This has to stop.

I have received two calls from this number tonight. I didn't get to the phone in time on either call but called back and got the same result as other posts...the message just repeats. One call was at 6:30pm and the other at 8:50pm. Was not too happy about the late call being that I was putting my daughter down for bed and that it might be some body important so I ran for the phone. I will be sure to take the appropriate steps like others did.

Got a prompt response from WA state Att Gen. Now have legal person from the companies corp office contacting me. I would suggest again everyone take two min to email the AG's office.

I just received this call not 5 min. ago asking for someone that was here and when i pressed for what this call was in regards to and what business this number is associated with they hung up...., i see now that this is something that isn't new and is most likely nefarious in nature, i will be sending an email to the wa attorney gen. office like others have reported.

Got a call about 6:30 PM.  Answered after 3 rings, said hello twice, no reply.  Said goodbye and hung up.
Caller Id indicated it was a Tacoma, Wa phone number.

asked for me by name, then when I picked up the phone in another room, the line was silent-then click.
I later called back and was instructed 'if you know the extension please dial it or else hold on the line and I will be connected to (someone)'. Kept returning to this message without opportunity to talk to anyone. Shortly line was disconnected.

I just emailed the WA State attorney gen with a link to  this page and my complaint. I would suggest the same. Just google wa state  attorney general and follow the contact instructions.

I just got a call which said they had a short survey... I took it because I am a call center consultant and know how hard it is for these guys to get completed surveys...

Thing that bothers me is he asked if I work full-time and if my husband works full-time. I let him know we both work from home and was then concerned they are trying to find out who won't be home during the day to rob us! I too called back but only get voice mail boxes...

I got a call this evening and there was a bunch of noisey back ground. They kept saying hello.hello
and they hung up??????????????

pisses me off they don't have the you know what to stay on the line and answer your questions they just hang up and your right can not call back and get to anyone chicken s*** if you ask me.
