these calls come all hours of the day and night.  I am on the do not call list.  How can these robocalls keep coming about lowering interest rates? Can't anything be done to stop them?

I got another call from Cardholder Services.  I talked to an operator (hopefully wasting her time) and told he to take me off the list.  She hung up.

I am on the national do not call list.  I have no reason to speak to anyone cold calling my house.  If I need service of any kind, I will call them.  This is a scam and they only want to confirm your "good number' so they can sell it to other miserable companies who feed off of annoying others.  I have entered my phone number for "do not call back" and if they do, I intend to report them for harrassment.

How do I get off this calling list?  I've reported them.  I've asked to be taken off the list.  I've screamed at them to take me off the list.  They just keep calling!  They hang up on you as soon as you ask them to stop calling.

Sick and tired of these calls, I have pressed 3 to be removed, pressed 1 to speak to someone, who only hung up on me when I asked them to stop calling. And have called back the number, and reluctantly entered my number to supposedly be removed from the list YET AGAIN!! So I guess we will see how long before they call again!

I hate to burst your balloon, Bob, but reporting these calls is pointless. They don't investigate them. They just send you a form letter telling you that there is nothing they can do. The Do Not Call law is a huge joke.

got 1 call today, didn't answer, to residential line on do not call list!

STOP THEM FROM CALLING ME

Rachel from Card Services calls me once or twice a day and has been calling for months.    I cannot get this stopped.  How do I report this to FCC?

Called but left no message.

This number comes as not available. They called today 2 times and hung up.

I have received numerous robo-messages on my land-line telephone at my weekend/summer cabin. I clear at least 3 messages/week that get left between my visits to the cabin. This has been occuring for at least a year. Today, I happened to be at the cabin when a call came in, so I answered it in order to ask them to remove me from their calling list. The representative was uncooperative and sarcastic from the moment he came on the line. When I asked him to tell me why they were calling, he said, "You know why we are calling, or you would not have answered our call." When I asked him to identify the name of the company he was representing, he said, "You know who we are." When I asked him to remove me from their calling list, he said since I was their customer, they had the right to call me. When I asked him again to identify the company he was representing, he said, "We are the Boogie Man," which he repeated two more times, before I hung up on him.

I didn't answer.  I'm on the Do Not Call List, so I filed a complaint.  If this number calls you, report them to the FCC!  Don't bother answering.  They're nobody worth talking to.

Unwanted call from 253-382-9900.

This company is a piece of work (253-382-9900) and hire less than desirables who get their lead from managment. You try the first 5 times to have your number removed by pressing the provided number. After this ploy does not work you press the provided number to speak with a representative and request to be taken off their list and they hang up in your face such class. I am ready to do what I have to even to the point of suing. I will await protocol.

Caller ID says "Lower Interest - 253-382-9900"

Just like everyone else is saying, a recorded message is talking about lowering my credit card interest rate, but part of message is missed due to my message on my voice mail.  But what I do hear on the recording is that "my time to respond has expired and to consider this my last and final warning".  The trouble is, this is at least my 7th "last and final warning" call I've received from these jokers.

Constantly call my cell phone.  Robot says "card services" and it's very important that I call them.  Sounds like a scam.

this is a violation of my personal time and space.
this company is a fraud and continuously calls my home.

want them stopped and prosecuted.
