I got a call from this number, when I answered it I got some smart aleck saying she had no idea why someone from this number would be calling me "thousands of people work here, I could ask around..." REALLY? I am wondering why a call from Wells Fargo Dealer called me, I have no accounts with them or any car loans from them, never been in an office or made a call to their company ~ what the heck?

I have  these ppl call my place of employent daily and even go as far as speaking to my boss telling her to have me call them back! They call my family and leave messages with them as well. I have asked numerous times for them to PLEASE work with me to modify my loan to get me into a payment that I can afford and they are unwilling since I can't give them 1200.00 for a modification! My Husband left me with 4 children and NO child support! The man Alan who called told me he didn't care of my personal problems and I need to give them the ENTIRE payment! I said I can give you 85% but NO more I just don't have it and began to cry! He said stop your crying in my ear it's not going to get you anywhere! You either pay or we are taking your vehicle so do me a favor and hang up because I can't hang up on you! He is by the rudest most insensitive person I have EVER spoke with! These ppl are heartless monsters and I can only hope and pray something happens to them so they know what it feels like to be on the other end! What is this world coming to! Sick!!

i hope the table is turned on him some day ,and i will bug him and every person that he used for a reference to get his loan day and night.even after i payed the car off they were still calling me..told them come n get it and i wish it could be him that showed up because i want to beat him to within an inch of his miserable life

This guy "Eric" said he was calling from Wells Fargo. He gave his number as 1800 933 4937 ext. 83863.
He wanted us to give any information about our neighbor "Christian" (it doesn't exist), because he couldn't get through and needed to contact him immediately for an important matter.
We are in the "Do not call list", but it didn't work.

Got a call from this number, was dead on the other end.

They always late after work hours. During dinner and family time. When they call during the day they never leave a message. And their alway's rude as if they have spoken to you prior. Be careful JANET' may call you in her sleep.!!!

Just recently I've been told that Dan is no longer my loan officer, after 3yrs. And I've been getting calls from JANET' who is very rude and threatening. And said that I was not allowed to talk to DAN', Whom I've been dealing with through this matter. My insurance lapsed and when I when I got insurance was the same month WFDS put insurance on my truck. Six months after having my own insurance they have raised my car note. Saying that I owe them for the months I didn't have insurance. Inwhich the months I did not have insurance, WFDS didn't place insurance on my car. They are saying that WFDS paid for insurance on my car for one full year in june when I obtained insurance that same month. I ask them for proof of them paying for my car insurance six after I didn't have any and for one full year. They were unable to provide proof. JANET', wanted to talk to me as if I was a child in her house. And making demanding calls to my phone. I told her not to call my phone anymore. And looking into contacting their Board and the BBB. WFDS loan officers and customer reps. are very disrespectful.

JANET' Please understand that the way you treat people is the way you want to be treated. So you give disrespect that's what you get in return. The only person you intimidate is the one in the mirror. Maybe if took more time listening and STOP running your mouth you'd have alot better success stories. JANET' you can't control everyone, that 's your problem. Get some,Gain some, and Stop being so DAMN' worrysome!!!

I say we need to sign a petition towards this dealership. After taking over Wachovia, you are still unable to walk in to Wells Fargo Bank and pay your car note. If you put more into your IT systems to get this done. Maybe you'll get out of debt, investigations and Audits. (LAWSUITS for 6.5 million) From the disfunctional JANETS', you got working for you.

Wellsfargo called my number looking for someone esle for payment.

Just got a call from Glenda at Wells Fargo at 8:00 p.m.  In a very stern voice she said who she was that it was URGENT that she talk to me tonight andin person and left the number.  I have no accounts through Wells Fargo and never have.  And she called on my cell phone. And no I'm not calling her back.

Got really pissy when I told him I already fixxed the problem and got even madder when I redialed him and asked if he knew he was under investigation

Wells Fargo Calling for someone named Adam, they call all the time and leave messages to call back 253-398-3804 and 253-398-3880. I do not know Adam, this has been my number for 2 years and I don't know any Adams.

These people SUCK!! in the biggest way!!  Not willing to work with you even if it's 2 days away they want money TODAY!!  So what I did is call the 1800 on the bill and worked with them. Much nicer and willing to work it out.

I believe they are calling me because of a relatives bad debt. Regardless, I've asked them not to call me, yet they still do.

Caller did not leave a message, but I have calls blocked unless they show caller ID.
This number was logged as  "872 WFS Seattle". Looking at previous replies, is supports the idea that these were from Wachovia Financial Services  (WFS) or Wells Fargo Services (WFS).  I don't even live in Washington and have no loan through either company.

It's Wells Fargo Dealership. Yes' they call you every month and harasse you at home,cell, and work.
they've taken over Wachovia and they act as if they have a problem with change. They are over charging people and they are "RUDE', exspecially 'DAN'. Very disrespectful and think that they can talk to any kind of way because their on the phone. I believe Wells dealership needs to be reported. Listen, I have account with wells fargo and can't go into the bank and pay my car note. Wells say's it's too much for them to transfer everyone over, "hello it's been a year" since they've taken over.
Case in point, Their small minded people who candle the collaboration between banks.

Hey DAN' what you give is what you get in life. Don't ever think you can keep talking to people any kind of way. Things can change for you anyday!!!!! What you have is not in stone or promised forever. Focus on possiblities and stay away from a pink slip!!!!!

It's Wachovia/Wells Fargo dealer services. If you go more than 30 days past due, they sick this person on you. They also try to hit you with a $250 fee if you pay through them instead of paying on their website.

Was the caller saying they were with "Wachovia Dealer Services"?  The caller called me, was male, gave a fake name, and said he was with someone else -- then left another number to call.  Seriously, I will find him.
