the indian lady that called me said shes from bankers life and casualty company her manager found my resume online and wants to set up an interview i had a hard time understanding her words she has a difficult accent that is so hard to understand
After a comprehensive search on the company I have found that this is a ploy to get people to come to their office and sit through a presentation of some sort. There are no jobs here.

I received a call from 'Brittany' as well after re-activating my resume on Monster. Strange thing is my resume is listed as 'confidential' and the number she called me on is one of mine but not listed in my profie.

Thanks to this great website! Earlier this evening I received a call from Brittany. She was way too vague about the position. I was curious about the position -- I'm set up for an interview next week....yikes! Wow! Thank You, Thank You, Thank You!!!! I am sending a cancellation of interview message to Brittany immediately! :)

Just recieved a call yesterday and didn't call back yet.... Thanks to this forum. Same person named Brittany who left a message that she found my resume on Monster. I'm not into sales.... Especially insurance. I might as well join the mafia.

called and she is so hard to understand that you can't tell if she is calling about a job you actually applied for until I specifically asked her and she said no. Said her and her manager has seen my resume and wanted to talk to me about helping people with their insurance needs. I told her I wasn't interested and she said ok.

Bankers Life and Casualty, caller was Brittany. Once you post your resume online, you're going to get calls and emails from all sorts of insurance companies to become an agent. There's nothing nefarious about their calls or their intentions, they're not trying to sell you insurance. Instead, they would like to have *you* sell their insurance to others. If you're not interested, leave a message and let them know you're not interested in a position with their company.
