i got a call and he started asking me weird  Q's like where my husband was and where my children are at first he told me he was a loan place trying to give me a loan by the end of the call he told me he wanted to cry  and that he loved me and wanted to die in my arms he really scared me .......

I get calls from this 253-429-c454 as it shows while ringing, but on the call log it doesn't show the "c", which is VERY weird, but it is my MOM calling & her number usually comes up private, though in the last 2 years or so it has come up as numbers from different states, sometimes for days at a time & then go back to private like it is supposed to show! Now, it has been randomly coming up this weird number with a letter lately & she says she hasn't been getting my missed calls sometimes! She thinks someone is hacking her line to listen in or something, but it sounds to me like this is just another way they show the number as "unavailable", or lines are being crossed somehow. I guess its possible, despite computers running most all of it, for there to be errors sometimes, but I don't know why it always happens to her line! Very annoying for both of us! Probably due to it being a smaller cheapo landline company :( Still unsettling though....

Got a call from this number today (253-429-c454) and didn't answer.  Google search brought me to this site.  I've had this crap happen before and when they ask me for an a name and address to send to, I give them the name of "Arrestt Mee" and the address of the local FBI offices.  Dunno if any of these idiots ever actually send anything to that, but it's funny to think they did.   Sad... these guys probably sit in a hot warehouse in a 3rd world area making calls for $0.50/day.

I got a call from them just a few minutes ago.  I never answer a number that I don't recognize and just let go to voicemail.  No message was left.  It's on my cell phone so I blocked with a free app called Mr. Number.  It works really well and they wont get through again

I just got my first call from that number. I answered it not paying attn and nothing. Looked it up and it doesn't exist. I just got out of a T Mobile store paying my bill. Then they called. After that, a number I have been calling in the UK for yrs (friend of mine) is no good. It say the subscriber I called is no longer in service, which is weird because it's a house phone in the UK.
I have heard rumors that these ppl are installing survellence software on your phone when you answer it, so don't even think about answering it.

This idiot just called me from (253) 429-c454. He was clearly not American and said he was calling from the US dept of the treasury to give me money for school that i never have to pay back. Uh..ok. when i called him out on it he said i shouldn't be worried about why I'm getting the money that i should just take it. I asked him for his customer represenative number and a number where i could contact him. He replied "I'll give you that but first i need your cooperation by confirming your address so i can send you this money". Then I heard someone speaking another language in the background. I asked him who it was and why it sounded like he was calling me from inside a warehouse.  He said it was his supervisor and he was speaking English. The guy must have told him to hang up because that's just what he did. So what?  The US government is out sourcing? I don't think so! I wouldn't doubt it, but i doubt it! Just hang up on these clowns!  If they can't give you a direct number or their customer represenative number they are NOT REAL!! Don't fall for it!

This is Sameday Loan. Constantly calling from different numbers 30 times a day or more! Always w/hang up calls leaving dead air messages or a man in a foreign accent will say hello, hello to the answering machine. Finally I understand they are looking for someone that is not me and still will not stop. Most of these #'s cannot be blocked by your phone! I called the Federal Trade Commission @ 877-382-4357 and filed a complaint. They are trying to get these people.

Just got one 5  minutes ago.  Strange.

Today 09/17/2013 this number call me again. before they call me several time a day,and i did never answer because it looks so weir when it appears on calling the number is 1-253-429-c454 and then the missed number is 1-253-429-454. I feel a little bit nervous. I don't know why they call me but never leave a message ? How can i stop them?

I got calls from 253-429-c454 almost every hour everyday and I don't answer. Finally I was so irritated so I answered. At first when the guy asked for my name it was so clear I responded this is she, then the call was switched to some of a computer voice and I do not understand a thing, his voice was staggering like in an alien movie. I told him I do not understand a thing you are talking about and he hung up. This is scary. He knows my phone number and who knows he might find where I live. I am totally scared.

I got a call on my cell from 1ac, I NICELY said to remove my number from his list, the guy wanted more of my info so I repeated it twice.  He went off cussing calling me a f*****g b***h and then hung up.  I want to do more than just complain about these people.  They call me on my cell while I am at work and then do that?  And we can't stop it???  Really?

Just answered the call.  It was a indian-accented woman  trying to tell me that I was receiving an 8,000.00 government grant and as soon as i said i was not interested they hung up.

I just received my daily call from 253-429-c454..They called unknown before but today the number showed up. I wish they would stop.

Just received this on my Corporate Cell Phone from the same 9-digit (or 10 digit with a "c" in the 7th position).  The person announced he was "Kevin" from Microsoft Support.  Already interesting, since his accent was so strong I doubt his mother named him Kevin.

He stated that I had a problem with my computer which was caused by a virus and likely was noticing problems with it.  Told him it was a corporate computer and the company would have caught the virus and addressed it.  "By the way, what was your name again?"  

He instantly hung up.  

This is MOST DEFINITELY a scam.  Either they want access to your computer to install who-knows-what for some illegal and (no doubt) costly-to-you purpose or they are trying to scam personal and/or financial information from you.  

Either hang up, or have a little fun trying to confuse and annoy them back.  NEVER give them any information or take them seriously.
