What business has this number?

When you put your name into the drawing to win free windows dont you think this is how they got your number so you gave them your number, and now you are complaining

Addendum to my complaint filed here on 2/23/2009. I have filed a complaint with the Do Not Call registry site, filed a complaint with the BBB (Dupont WA) against this business, both complaints filed 2/23/2009. I also contacted Qwest telephone company against this business, on 2/24/2009, and on Feb 24th also filed a complaint with WA State Attorney General office against this business which is operating in violation of the federal law.

My caller ID may have cut off any addtional characters on the name.
Man phoned at 7:26pm Pacific time 2/23/09 saying "Hello Nicholas...
we'll be in your area..." and I interrupted saying that I was on
the Natl Do Not Call List and he said "they told me that you weren't".
I nevertheless said that I previously told them not to call me and to
remove my number and that I was on the Do Not Call this that they are
supposed to obtain and to respect. I made that clear again this time
and that I would report them to Qwest phone company as a violator and
as a nuisance caller. I phoned the listed number for Energy Exteriors,
their website at energyexteriors_net (adjust appropriately) 476-1825
and I just left a message on their answering machine, of do not call
and that they are violating the law and I will report to Qwest tel
company, I didn't even give them my phone no but if they have caller id
they can piece the two together. I will tell Qwest telco to act on this.
I have no need for their products or services. I am on low fixed
income and I live full time in my RV. And there is no Nicholas person
here at my number... whereas they used that name.

Energy exterior  is a comapany in Tacoma Wa. They never abide by the do not call. It is a real company my younger brother worked for them many years ago. When you call them back the reason no one picks up is their phones are out going only you have to look up the company number and call that one. I hope this helps you any.

Despite being on the DO NOT CALL Registry, having an unlisted number AND Caller ID Block, someone from this number and (253) 476-4637, with an ID described as Energy Exte... continue to call my home at all hours, refusing to identify themself or to honor my request that they IMMEDIATELY REFRAIN FROM CALLING again! This has been going on for over FIVE MONTHS!

The phone simply rings when I attempt to reach anyone upon redialing.
