This number keeps calling our Navy duty phone. I picked up once, and they asked for someone I'd never heard of.

Calling three - four times a day, never leaves message. Returned call and recording said they are Education Direct, "following up" on my inquiry about further education. Huh! Offered a no-call list, and placed me on it. No human being. We'll see what happens.
