Has called a couple of times but a few seconds after I say hello the person just hangs up.

Called four times today. Sounded like the same guy with a different name each time. Said he is from some college??? Hard to understand him. He either isn't well educated, doesn't have a grasp of the english language yet, or else is just an a$$. Hang up and don't even speak to him, then block the number.

I have gotten called 3 times today with this number on the callee id. The first two times I was polite and told them to stop calling. Then the third time I wasn't nice. When I saw the caller id, I just picked up the phone and firmly said to stop calling and got hung up on. What can we do to end it for good?
