This guy calls my cell saying i have this case against me and that i will be in trouble tommorrow or the day after

My caller ID showed this number.

Please beware of this caller -- he is also calling from other phone numbers.  I am sure that he will be taken care of soon.  It is a scam.  Police do not call.  They will pick you up.  Lawyers to not call to claimants.  They will send you papers.  I have 20 years in the legal field.  Please do not give this man any personal info.  He is trying to steal from who he calls.

I just received a call from this number and they tried to pull the same scam as all of you have stated above. I did not give any information and I just hung up. The man, "Nathan Coleman" who has a heavy middle eastern accent, called back and left me a voicemail claiming that I will be behind bars soon if I do not call him back to take care of this situation. I have never been in trouble with the law before and I pay all my debts off in a timely manner. I also know that if a lawsuit is filled against a person they would receive written documentation from the courts. So needless to say this is a scam and do not divulge any information. Have your cell phone company block this number from calling you.

they called me and said that i had a payday loan couldnt tell me from where but wanted me to give him my bank imfo  for payment  and i never had a bank account.how did i get a payday loan

I started recieving the same calls today he told me he was a federal investigator and that I had taken out a payday loan and that I was being sued for non payment....I have NEVER taken out a payday loan and when I argued with him he got really mean and started screaming at me and when I hung up on him he started calling back repeatedly I listened to my phone ring for over thirty minutes. Hang up its a scam!!!!

I got a call from 254-415-4499 and they left me a voicemail message saying that they were an officer of investigation and that it would be in the best interest of my safety to call them back and that they couldn't dissclose what information they needed to tell me becasue it was "time sensitive" but that he had hoped he would be able to speak with me right away. I've never been in trouble with the law nor habe I associated myself with someone who has and if it were truly that important then I would be getting contacted in a more appropriate manner.

Call me said that he had a lawsuit against me.  Said that I owed him $476.00 today, he said he was with a payday company and I owed them this money.  When I looked it up, it was false.  I faxed him the letter that he wanted, told him is was a scam.  Called him and he hung up on me.

I've been getting these type calls for about 3 or 4 years now.  It has got to be a scam because nothing has happened to me.  Evidently they read from a script.  I have a voice mail from the first time I received the call and what they tell me today is exactly what they said years ago.  The best thing to do is hang up.  I've threatened them a few times...doesn't help.  The calls stop for about a week then they call back from a different number and a different person.  We have got to figure out a way to stop this.

I told the guy who called to send the feds, military, and if possible Obama. I'd like to speak with him on some of the country's issue. He kept going on and on and I hung up, best thing to do is just hang up...

I can't believe this guy. He was calling me on my cellphone two to three times a day and leaving these threatening messages about having a complaint filed against me and my social security number in my local court; now he has called me twice today at work! This has to stop. When I do speak to this guy (and I don't think its the same guy - even though they all use the same name and the same threats - I always tell him to put whatever he is telling me in writing and send it to my house. If he says anything else, I just tell him the same thing "put it in writing" - he doesn't seem to know what to say when I say this - and I still have not received anything in the mail.

yea they say that he is a cop and a invesgater. he been calling me all day even five times in ten min, saying that i took a loan out and i need to pay it or the cops will come to my door and arrest me, he would not give the company name or phone number. saying there is a court fee to pay for, plenty more things too.

yeah he told me that he was a u.s attorney and stuff like that i told him that ill see him in court and he just hung up right away

The same number called me and claimed to be officer Steven Taylor.  I called my local Sheriffs Dept. to place a report when they masturbated in the phone after I told him to put a white American on the phone that could speak English.  We need to all get together to find out who this guy is and get rid of him!!!

These jackwads called me twice. I got the payday loan companies name. They did not have the phone number, and when I asked them to spell it, they said Google it. So I did. I just got off the phone with the company they said they were calling on their behalf. Surprise, surprise, I have nor have I ever had any account with this company. I reported them to the FTC.

When they called me again, and I told them they were full of it, they cursed me out, and hung up on me.

I've been getting calls from this number also.  I have a block on all my incoming calls except for my contacts.  I'm about ready to answer and talk dirty to him!!!  See what he does then!!!!

SAME NUMBER AS 530-232-5903.  Fraudulent company.  Hang up as soon as caller starts with BS!!!!
