Some foreign dude for the Department of law and investigation has called me three times to day and left me a message and told me to call him back, at this 201-806-1709 Just tells me I owe money, they have ,my SS no.  This has to be bogus, can't even pronounce the name right

I have received 8 calls today from this number saying they are from Law & Investigations. They are threating me and harrasing me every day and this has to stop.

I have received a call from 254-415-4595 each day the last couple of days. It is getting very irritating all of the calls I am getting from people with foreign Indian accents that can't even pronounce my name correctly. Anyone in the United States knows that bill collectors DO NOT leave messages like these people claiming to be from Law and Investigations. So far I have had messages from Shawn Williams and Officer Roja Tons??? If only I could understand them and they weren't reading from a script. I have even had them call and hang up and call back because they weren't reading the script correctly. Today's message was slightly different but I am still certain it is a SCAM. I have had payday loans and am paying them back. I have also contacted all the companies I did business with and they have all assured me this is not a legitimate company. I just wish the powers that be could SHUT THESE SCAMMERS DOWN.  I feel sorry for anyone who has actually paid them money.

just got a call and his name is steve austin. same old crap and you cannot call them back. he called 3 times in less then 15 minutes. scammers!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

It doesn't do any good to just hang up on them they will continue to call you back.  They call me 12 times a day threatening me and harrassing me.  Keep a log of every time they call you and CALL THE FBI OF Killeen, TX and report them.

Freakin idiots.  This company is claiming to be a Legal Offices of IRS investigations, and Legal Department of Law Investigations.  They can't seem to make up their minds who they are.  They are claiming that I accepted a cash advance into a bank account, which is not the fact.  Oh I applied for one and then never accepted after seeing what the interest was.  They never call from the same number and often call 3-4 times back to back.  I have asked them to stop calling me and have filed a complaint with the FCC and the state attorney general.  The person who calls me has the most broken english I have ever heard and claims his name to be James Green( b***s***).  I asked for documentation of their company, the stock ID, I asked for the BBB number all of which they avoided.  I called the Better Business Bureau and they are not listed.  Now what ligetimate compay isn't listed with the BBB.  Fraudddddddddddddddddsssssssss

I received a phone call from 254-415-4595 saying that he was from the dept of investigations and if i didn't return his call he was going to garnish my wages and he gives my last 4 of my social security #.

I answer phones for my office and got a call for an employee who no longer works here from this numer.  When I told the man (think foreign accent like everyone above has said) the employee doesn't work here anymore he mumbled something and hung up.  I googled the number because I got a call last week from a different number but for the same employee from a man with the same accent.  That number turned out to be a scam so I would imagine this is too.  Good thing she doesn't work here anymore.

I got a call from 254-415-4595 and the officer name was james madison of the departmen of law investigation he said that i owe money from taken out a loan witch i never did i juss ignore there calls but its getting really annoying cuz he calls everyday

Got a call from 254-415-4595 today.  The 'Officer' (his name was not really understandable) started in on his spiel about how he is an officer from the department of investigations or sume such garbage.  After having gotten dozens of these calls from different 'Officers' over the past6 months, all I could do is laugh at him.  After laughing for about a good 10 seconds, I bade im good day ad hung up... For some reason he did not call back today... Tomorrow, if he calls again, I will give him a new phone number to call instead: 530-232-591...  Which is the number that 'Officer Andrew Brown' called from three days ago....
What ever you all do, do NOT fall for this bunk!  Laugh at them, tell them hat you've moved, what ever, but don't give them a dime!

I got a call from a man named andrew brown who said hd had a legal matter to discuss. These people are scammers, dont give them anything!!

I got the same call. I told him to send me something in writing and he told me he was going to contact my employer. Little does he know, I am the only person who works actually in the office and answers the phone. Never received a call or anything in writing in the mail.

Rec'd a vm frm 254-415-4595 for someone that does not live here stating they were fm law enforcement (no state/county name given).  They said they could help me with an impending legal issue and not to ignore the call -- they repeated the above number and said if I didn't call back then they would "wish me luck".  The caller had a thick male Indian accent but gave an American name.  Sounded like a scam so I looked up the number and read the above comments.

just rec another vm from 254-415-4595,stating it was a call from the Dept of Law Investigations,the man said his name is Brandon Smith but has an Indian accent,this time he stated there was a lawsuite against me and if I call back right away he might be able to assist me.this mess was left on my wrok vm that clearly states my name and yet he still can not say my name.any ligit company,law office,ex. would leave an 800# for call back

Oh, and by the way I did try to call back the number 254.415.4595 just to see what kind of run around I would get and how flustered I could make them. The users voice mail is full and cannot accept any more messages!  SCAMMERS!!!!!

rec a vm from 254-415-4595,the man spoke very broken english,and could not make out his name.he dis say he was with the Dept of Law Investigations and to call him right away and he might be able to help me.reverse search on this# is a cell.I called it from a blocked # and the man did answer as Dept of Law and Investigations.this does not come up when looking up in 411.if it was ligit they would provide an 800#.

yes i just received a call from them they was talking about calling my job and getting me fired if i didn't pay the money back i owe from an cash advance that i had received...never received a cash advance so i called the federal trade commision on them and filed a report...

They claim to be calling fromt the department of Law & investigations in Kileen, Texas.  The foreign man's name was Ben Hopkins.  He claimed that I had taken out a cash advance with a company called "Cash Advance" was about to be sent to court to get the money back and I never did such a thing.  SCAMMERS!!!!!
