We need to work together to track down how they are getting our names and numbers.

I keep getting the same call from the same people saying the same thing. I finally called back to see what was going on. The told me that they could not tell me and some on else would give me a call back later. I received another call later from a different number from Florida that gave me the same message. So I called that number back and found out it was not in service. So I called the original number back and they stated that a rep from the company would contact me later to day. So I started researching the numbers and found this site. I should have known it was a scam call based on the name they called me. Anyway the number they called from first was 256-213-1753. the second number was 786-240-0413. I have blocked both numbers.

My ex sister-in-law got a call on my old home phone number which is where she lives now.  I live in a different state.  It was a recording stating that they were trying to reach me regarding fraud on my social security number and that warrants will be issued.  I called the number and it kept ringing and ringing with no answer.  I was concerned as I am on probation and didn't know what this was about.  I'm so glad that discovered this as I don't need anymore legal trouble.  

They told same.  Said for me to call back in one hour.





she would not tell me anything and now I'm glad I read all the things here.  I told her I am not afraid of you.  I cursed her out and hung up!

Received a call from of fraudulent charges same # with computer generated voice giving my name.  Then a woman's voice saying she is contacting me from the Process and Summons Division and the case # is (computer generated #)  Woman's voice goes on to say looks like 2 cases of fraudulent activity have been filed against me in my county.  Woman's voice advised me to call 256-213-1753. (computer generated #)  I called the # back and a woman answered.  She said please hold and then there was background hold music.  I held for a few seconds and hung up.

I just got a call from this number as well. When I called them back, they asked for my case number and told me to call back in the morning cause their system has a glitch in it.  When
I ask the name of the company that they represented. they told me until the glitch in their system was fixed they could not even give me that... Don't fall for it, but if your too worried about it call your local courthouse and see if their is any summons or judgments against you, they can tell you!!

Got a call from (256) 213-1753 stating that my ex husband has fraud charges against him. After I stopped giggling I went to check out the number and found this site.

Received a call stating they have 2 fraud charges against my social security number and they knew my first and last name.  She said that I would be charged in my county.  I called the number back and it just kept ringing with no answer.

Got call stateing had 2 fraud charges against me in my county, yet calling me from Huntsville AL...when called was told phone number or case number not in system....also was hung up on 3 times or number just drills till voice mail picks up and say box is full...

two law suits against me, going to sue me. Robot call 1-256-213-1753, Alabama. ALL B***S***!!!! DON'T FALL FOR IT!

Said they work for a group of attorneys and didn't state a name saying the same thing as everything posted here. Two fraudulent cases and a summons and threats. Was a recorded message. And even gave a person's name and fake case number. Connie y Reynolds was the name they gave.

Had a voicemail from this number saying that Shirley Sanders was informing me that my name & ssn were associated with two charges of fraudulent activity and gave some case #.

We got a call today from this number and they left a message about warrants.  We hope we can somehow block this number because we don't want to be bothered like others have mentioned.  

Got a call on my work # using my husband's name. Same as everyone else fraud charges with SS#. Call this number. I called to see what would happen after research, it rang once and nothing.

They keep calling me looking for my mother. I live 10 states away from her and my,number has NEVER been associated with her name.

I'm being charged with fraud.

Got a call from 1-256-213-1753 stating they have 2 judgements against me and threating me with legal action.. They hung up on me I called back andI told them not to call me again.
