I   blocked   this  number  before  &  after  I  thought   they  were  done  it  all  started  up  again  I  am

I am not sure if this is the same company but after researching notorious robo callers who have been
outed I came upon this.  I can't verify it is the same company but happy to share information on companies that engage in this sort of activity continually.

So here is the information on the company calling you and a telephone number for the owner's cellphone. Feel free to give him a call and a piece of your mind... Maximum Security Alarm / Sacramento / Andrew Higgins. Maximum Security Alarm, based out of Sacramento, California (1010 Hurley Way, Suite 525, Sacramento, CA 95825). Owned and ran by Andrew Higgins, his brother David Higgins and their  father Dennis Higgins. Is just one of many scams this Higgins family and their friends have been doing for a long time, at least 8 years for this company. The awful things they do on a regular basis are just way too much for me to mention and invest any additional time into. They have the most complaints for any alarm company and probably any company for that matter and they wouldn't have this many complaints, especially back to back to complaints unless it were all true. Save yourself a hassle and don't do business or interact with these people on any level. You can reach the owner Andy Higgins on his cellphone @ 916-223-6311. He will tell you that his company in no way calls people on the Do Not Call Registry. I believe that's a lie because if you google Maximum Security Alarms and look at a few of the RipOff Reports and such, you will see action has been taken against them for doing just that.

I take the call and string them along as long as possible. Using up there time hurts them the most.At the end I just usually laugh and call them a j***-off and I hang up. Had one the other day that wanted to help me with addictions. Kept them on the line and finially told them my addiction was sex. " CAN YOU HELP ME WITH THAT"?  They hung up.   Make it a game and just screw with them

I had received a call from this number today,this is a new area code, they use a number a few times then go to a new one. I answered today's call and there was no one on the other end so I called the number back and the recording says this number is no longer in service. I have 30 reject numbers on my list and I have to delete one to put this one on, which is all from this scamming credit card people. I am so sick of these calls. I don't know how they got my number. I wish there was a way to stop them.

Called my cell but since I don't answer numbers that I don't recognize, I just hung up the call without answering. Then I added them to my "Fat Rachel" contact which is set to do the same to any calls from any of the spoofed phone numbers I have in there. Works well.

I also got to speak with the black guy.  His voice was strangely familiar.  It was reminiscent when I went on a ride along with Atlanta's finest and there was a person out of control at a gay bar.  This guy (a cross dresser) was so nasty he was rejected by the other gays in the bar and was asked to leave the premises..  It appears that he/she has found a job.. you just have to hope that no innocent people answer the phone because he sure has a sewage mouth.  I am not sure what he thinks he represents.  Obama maybe????  The President or eric holder really needs to talk to this guy... He is not "representin"/   Call was from  256-332-8741.

I get them DAILY too.  I get them on my personal cell phone and my business cell phone.  If one phone gets the call I'm guaranteed the other phone will get the call too.

Yes total scam! My mom constantly got calls from this number and she told the guy why everytime I call this number it sounds like a fax then immediately they hang up. They kept calling so the last time she told them you are all scammers and hung up on them. He then called her back but my mom didnt answer and he left her a message saying "go to hell you old B@$!?" And there is not much we can do. This guy belongs in jail. I can only imagine how many elderly people he has screwed over. So sad!
