left a message that was so distorted that i couldn't understand anything that was being said

No answer from "out of area" call.

left a vm saying i entered some contest for suv / trip or flatscreen tv
it was a recording
shady at best

I got one today morning, noone spoke. Call got cut.
Crazy.

Anyone know what this number is for??
