I got the same silly letter. I'm glad you posted the contents of your letter.
As soon as  opened it I Googled it - I guess they figured we fell off the
same truck!

Got a letter saying I had won a free Android Touchpad Table Computer AND would receive a $100 restaurant card.  Address was local, where I live in Alabama.  Signed by a scribbled, unreadable signature, but was only typed "Vice President, Regional Awards Division.  Hmm.   They used a Google Play logo.  Is that legal?

Same thing here on the post card for the tablet.  I'm sure anyone can pick it up for around $300 + sales tax.

The postage mark on the front of the card indicates West Palm Beach, Fla.  Must be one of Direct Buy's offices.

In any event, this is just a trick to make one think they might be getting something free even though it doesn't state that.  Simply another sales gimmick.

Also got a postcard stating a parcel containing an android tablet was being held for me but only for 72 hrs.  The fine print indicates that you must visit D. B. for 90 minutes and present the voucher.  Apparently not answering their calls or responding to a duplicitious voice mail that they left to try to get a return call, they now want to trick you to come to their place of business for a hard sell.  NOT WORTH IT!  SCAM ARTISTS.

I also have a package waiting for me with an Android 4.0 Touchpad Tablet with Camera and WiFi if I call that no.  Thanks  to Google look up I found out it is a scam.  They must think there are a lot of stupid people out here. I figured it was a scam but like to look these things up.
