This number is from the TSA Recruitment Center. They ask for your last four of social, and they give you the first five of the social. They had no problem giving me a Toll free number, and operator ID and name, to check out the number and agency match. All check out ok. After they have successfully scheduled you, they email you location (physical address), date, time, and phone number.
