It is a collection agency by the name of BCR (Bureau of Collection Recovery).
I recommend answering the call while recording (both video of caller ID and voice)
File a FDCPA claim. Collection agencies can spoof a number as long as the number can be called and it reaches the agency, if the number does not connect to agency then it is a clear FDCPA violation.

Repeated hang up calls, no message left. I cannot dial the number back to find out who it is. Possible spoofed number??

Keeps calling and asking for someone not at this number. Guess, I will have to give them the number for funeral home or cemetary, next time. lol
