spam text to cell

I'm on the "No-Call" list -- what's the penalty -- I'll sic a shark of a lawyer on them and tell him that I don't want anything and they can keep it all.  That ought to get the blood streaming into the water....

I received a text message from this number that read: "Shoppers: Make $100/day! Undercover shoppers needed to judge retail & dining establishments! No experience required. Call 877.450.6614 Reply STOP to end"

When I called the 256.962.4617 number back, it rang and went to voicemail which was full.
When I called the 1.877.450.6614 it rang and a Shopper's Direct Representative named Lisa answered and asked if I was calling regarding the text. I asked her to remove me from their list, and she said it would take about 24 hours to do.
