Got a call regarding lowering my interest rate on my cards. I asked who they were and they stated the name was Credit Services, I asked if it was inc, or company or other and the girl had no information. I asked who they represented and gave me that they worked with VISA and Mastercard to assist in lowering my interest rates. After she explained and stated that all was needed was the customer service phone number for the account I gave her the number, then she asked for the exp date (did not give) I started asking questions while in front of my computer. I asked for the company website she gave capitalcreditsolutions.org. Doesn't look like a ligit company to me. She explained that I must be doing something wrong, I don't think so. I asked if she knew who I was, she explained that her boss knew my name. She tried to wow me with letting me know what the first digit of my card was, oh that's right with the type of card you can tell the first digit. I pressed further and she said she was going to get a manager on the phone. He came on and asked what questions I had, I explained that I wanted to find out information on the company and then they hung up.
