    saw this number on my cell phone. i dont reconize the number so i did not answer.  these bums need to be investigated by the fcc or security and exchange commission. isnt that what you pay a portion of your taxes too???       the number is out of indiana.

Perhaps the government will stop when we get a decent American President again, in another 4 yrs?

Had the exact same experience today. I was very confused, but the caller was persistent and pushy, saying that he only needed to ask a few questions. When he asked if I was at least eighteen, I decided that I really had no idea who it was or what survey he was talking about and hung up.

My number is on the "Do Not Call" list.

just called my cell. some stuff about online job ops. told them i never put my cell online and dont ever call me again, we'll see.

They keep calling my 14 year old daughter's cell phone.  Really annoying.  They don't leave a message and she doesn't pick up if she does not know the number.

Must be the NSA trying to tap our phones.

No ID with #, I don't answer the call & definitely don't Return a call If no message explaining reason for call!!!  Too many Scammers the seem to be able to latch onto you phone info, etc & not worth the chance!!!

Received a phone call stating someone in my house filled out a survey online.  They said they were there to match someone in my household up with employment opportunities.  When I stated, I didn't know what survey I filled out, they repeated that they were there to match someone in my household up with employment opportunities. I stated, this is not a household phone and did not fill out a survey, goodbye.

Don't know who is calling, they don't leave a message on voice mail, and is silent when you answer. It eventually hangs up when you sit there hoping a voice will answer. It can't be a bill collector, and only the number appears on the display. Been getting these bogus calls for a couple of months.

didn't answer. i do not have a voicemail set up because that's what text msgs and fb are for. if i dont have the number in my phone and if i'm not expecting a call by someone new then too bad for them.

I answered and it was a woman after three sec. she said hello a lil bit later she says goodbye.

I also got this call.  It was from an area code that I have friends in so I did call it back.  It was a recording about something I did online told them I was looking for a job.  I hung up. Wish I would quit getting calls like this on my cell.

You do not seem to understand how the Do Not Call list works.  Businesses wishing to sell you goods or services by phone are required to check numbers they are calling against the list and not call numbers on it.  No other types of calls are covered and of course scammers, especially from other countries would never check the list anyway.  Automatic dialers that call all numbers in an Area Code and Exchange are the most common form of making cold calls so callers do not need to "know" your number in order for them to call you.  If they actually know your name then they have obtained your number from somewhere but phone books are readily available.  Using the above mentioned automatic dialers they can reach unlisted and unpublished numbers.  The Do Not Call registry is not any kind of blocking service.

I received a call, no message and no text. I didn't answer nor did I return the call. I don't know anyone associated with this number. My number is on the do not call list, so how the hell are these people getting my number??? These SCAMMERS from other countries are seriously getting on my last nerve!!! How and WHEN is OUR government going to put a STOP to all these harassing calls???

Asked about verifying some information I supposedly entered on a survey to help find a job. Upon asking which survey it was, the operator hung up.
