I did not even bother to answer this.  I just pushed the "reject" button on my phone.  Most likely, tomorrow they will call again with a different number on the caller ID.  Since the middle of February, obnoxious calls like this robo call are illegal, but it is going to take a while for the FTC/FCC to be able to enforce these regulations, which infractions should lead to large fines.  But most importantly now you need to protect yourself against the purpose of these calls, which is a thinly disguised attempt to gain as much information as possible about you and your smart phone, in an attempt to relieve you of your money and hack your phone for any other nefarious endeavors they can think of.  There are a number of apps, free and/or relatively inexpensive, which will both block these egregious calls and will also aggregate information for the FTC/FCC to use in their pursuit of these criminals.  Most of all keep you and your phone safe.

this is a sales/medicare scam.  I have waited for a live person to come on line and repeatedly asked them to remove my cell phone number.  They are trying to sign people, that are on medicare,  up for power chairs and diabetic supplies.  I have let them know that i am in my 40's, and am not disabled, not on government assistance, and am on both the Federal and Oklahoma do not call registrys but they keep calling.  Have now reported to FCC and Attorney General of Oklahoma's Office of public protection. Address is in North Carolina and phone number out of Ft. Wayne Indiana.

I receive daily calls to my land line from this number. I never pick up but let it go to answering machine,  Caller always hangs up before my answering machine message ends. Calls and hang-ups sometimes occur more than once a day. I've had enough. What is the best way to stop it? I did call the number on my cell phone, which is never on. A recording told me to dial #1 for do-not-call list, but I hung up instead.

Got a call from this number, no message left!  It thought it was my exhusband calling from jail wanting bail money!!  I guess not, but I wish I could figure out how to block the number!!!!

I've listed this number several times in the last year.  Same number, different automated message.  So tired of this crap.  All calls are on my personal cell # that I've had for 10 years now.  That number is on the 'Do Not Call' list...which I guess means they need to call all the time.  It has gotten worse in the last year with all of the crap calls that are in the long run costing me money.

I just registered with social security and I started getting the calls. Sounds like gov and corps working together, even when the SSA basically has a nondisclosure notice.

I googled information on Diabetes for my dad on my smart phone. No one in my household is diabetic but I think the cookies on the website I visited put my number on the list.  Great!

I just got a call from them on my cell phone.  I just hit the reject call option and they went to always reject this number.  Hopefully that will take care of it.
