260-676-4689 called my unlisted prepaid burner cell phone. Didn't leave a message, no name on caller i.d.. Indiana area code. Don't have any friends/relatives in Indiana. No one from there should know me.

Got an unsolicited call (recorded) from this number talking about government loans. I am on the Do Nt Call list. We need a better way to trace and report these con artists.

well I guess their ploy is not working too well as no one answers the phone when they call.

They never leave a message. For some reason tho I didn't even hear the phone ring. I just saw they had called.

i think it is from "portfolio recovery services."
they buy ten year old debt for pennies
and try to muscle people for payment.
