Caller ID said "local project"  When entering the phone number into google, it actually comes up with a name attached to it, but nobody I know. Didn't answer, didn't leave a message

Picked-up a call from this number, but there was only a brief static-like noise the other end, then silence.

called 3 time today. called back the number rang 8 time heard a click must have transferred and continued to ring until i gave up.
