This collection agency or whoever they are calls but i awsner but nobody ever responds. i call back and it rings and goes dead. I pay all my bills but 8 times a day is harrassing to me. Ill have to change my number now.

This call is from a Kevin Masters from a credit collection company. He is trying to collect money for unpaid bills

This number calls cold call, and then puts me on hold. I never get though to anyone, so i do not know what this call is about. If as others have mentioned it is a collection agency, if they call and do not identify who they are, where they are calling from, who they are looking for and why they are breaking the law for collection companies.

You are completely incorrect. Try the real law not some BS from the internet. They don't have to leave a message or ID themselves on your answering machine. Its called third party disclosure. Get the real facts before spreading nonsense.
