Any current or former employees.  Report to the EDD of CA that they do not provide Workers Compensation.  Even as contract employees, the companies what ever they are calling themselves now are required to provide Workers Compensation.

These guys are a scam! They call claiming to be google and ask you to press 1 to upgrade your listing! This is HIGHLY ILLEGAL!

Next they don't pay their employee's! This has been Russell Wallaces scam for years! I worked with them when they were Reliable Listings years ago and we were being told that everyone makes at least 2k a month selling a the best advertising service on the net... well who wouldn't want that?! They weren't paying anyone, and going through 2-10 people a week! I even found out that he did this with home mortgages before that market collapsed and he was kicked out of that county! Even the receptionist and customer service people were being scammed into being 1099 employees!!

They have MANY names now, and are starting a multi level marketing type thing hoping to have each new person start a new company name so they won't have to pay employees, and so that all of the bad press for the horrible services get pinned on the poor saps selling the services ruining their good names and reputations whilst not hurting the names of the true scammers like Russ!

I got a call from these people too. I've been so frustrated of getting unsolicited calls. Then in my android marketplace I found an app called mister number. I installed it and it is the greatest thing I have ever found go ahead and try it you'll like it! It picks up and hangs up any number you have in the do not answer list. And it's free! I programmed my phone for the max number of rings before the answering machine 'clicks' on.  Many of the annoying calls 'drop' by the 4th ring.
If you do not recognize the are code - do NOT answer !!!!!!

It doesn't matter if you're on a DNC list or in a state where robocalls are illegal.
It seems some companies just ignore DNC lists and state regulations.  It gives legit companies
a bad rap.

i have boost mobile and got this call. ask your wife or someone if they registered your phon number on a couponing website.

I've gotten these calls for about two weeks.  1-2 times daily and from rotating numbers.  Same spiel about "somebody from google and you still haven't claimed your [special offer for your website]."  I tried to record one the other day using my google voice account -- the second I hit record the line went dead.  They have this automation and detection thing down.  I hate them and respect them at the same time..

There are others, but they are smart enough to get new ones as they go along..

I am on the "Do Not Call" list and this Telemarketer still calls!

Per Burke & Seraco of FL, N2X media, Inc. of Costa Mesa, CA was involved with the Burke & Seraco health plan calls and B & S is located in FL.

They keep calling me and say it is a legal matter. scammers

This time these scamming b*****ds changed their caller ID to show TELEMARKETER.  It's the same robocall from Kevin from Google about how I still haven't claimed my listing.  I filed complaints previously and looks like I have to do it again.  The more DNC and FCC complaints that are filed, the more likely they are to find out who these a-holes are and put a stop to this harassment.  Complaint links have been posted previously.

This is a recorded message that comes supposedly from a man by the name of Kevin, saying that he is a Google provider, hawking something about a free website, yadda, yadda, yadda.  However, I think they are breaking the telemarketing laws simply because they have NO OPTION to opt out of their list or get off of their database. I would appreciate someone stopping them.  They use more than just this number as well.

I have received 2 calls today.  The first time I answered they hung up on me, the second time it was a recording about "not yet claiming a google website they(whoever they are) provided".  I called back and it says were sorry your call did not go through, please try again.  The caller ID says APP CONSUMER SRV.  Who knows!

Go to www.donotcall.gov and file a complaint if your number is registered.  If it's not, register and start reporing calls like this in 30 days.

Stop f****ng calling me or ill report this to the donotcall.gov.  One more time and any you will pay dearly

This caller is aregular.  Says nothing and then hangs up.  I called back to get a message the number is not in service.  How can it be not in service when it keeps calling.  I am on the DO NOT CALL LISTING.
