They asked to speak to the person in charge of the office move.  I said 'the who?'  She said 'aren't you still planning to relocate or open a new facility in the next two years?' I said 'no' and she hung up.  Lots and lots of noise in the background; clearly a boiler room telemarketer.

What a joke! Unprofessional, illiterate telemarketers that don't have the decorum to respect a proper, legitimate company's time.  They call constantly and then on the off chance someone responds to my answering the phone, they hit you with a brash voice asking if you're relocating your office... Have fun with them, don't answer their question when they obviously know you're there.  The last guy threw a s*** fit and slammed the phone down leaving the line open and ultimately running up THEIR phone bill.  I've got all day and several other lines I can use while the line is held open.

Company keeps changing their name, first is wendover corporation and cag leads, now office relocation magazine, etc All operations are from Upper Darby Pennsylvania. It is a telemarketing boiler room operation as stated in previous post.
This company should be shut down. They do not adhere to the laws regulating "do not call" the "former employee is paid by the owner. The owner has been taking advantage of people and companies,
Would advise to report this to the police, local authorities, and federal agencies, to protect others from this abuse.

As I said in my previous post, the person you snapped at was calling you for the first time. They have no knowledge of anyone else who called you. So you were getting called for the third time, and that person had no knowledge of the other two callers. All you have to do is say, "not interested, please take my name off the list." It literally takes 3 seconds. That person will most likely make a note in the computer that says "take off list" and when the next person gets the number on their screen they will see the note and probably just say, "I have the wrong number" and remove you from their system.

I used to work for this company. Let me start off by saying the majority of the people who work there are very nice. With the economy being so terrible, it's really a choice between places like this and McDonald's. The workplace environment is very friendly and overall the place is not a boiler room telemarketing place as someone described. Anyway, let me solve the "ORM" mystery for you guys. As a little side note, most of the people working there truly believe the company is legit. The company does a nice job of giving information out on a need-to-know basis.

Basically, the people who call you want to know if you are moving, possibly moving, opening a new branch or possibly opening a new branch in the next two years. Let's say you are moving in a year. The person calling you will ask for a bunch of information like fax number, move date, move location, move coordinator, website, e-mail address, number of office employees, number of PC's, phone system, etc. From there you will get another call from a confirmer. A confirmer makes sure the information is correct, nothing more. From there it gets taken to the sales team who sells it to advertisers. The advertisers then use the information to spam you, or sell it again to another company.

"ORM" is located just outside of Philadelphia. "ORM" actually has another named called "CRS" or Commercial Relocation Service. The names rotate every couple of years when one name wears out it's welcome. The number on your caller ID is also fake and changes quite frequently. Do not call it back, you will just get a number not in service message. The website is also totally fake. Do not try to use the number on the website, it will get you nowhere.

Some tips:

- Don't just hang up the phone. You will get called back by the person you hung up on for sure.

- Don't try to be funny and think you are getting back at the person by sending them to a person's voicemail on purpose or leaving them on hold. You will get called back by that person.

- Do not say, "we don't take sales or solicitation calls." You will just get, "we are not selling anything or soliciting."

- If you say you aren't moving, the person will indicate that. The problem is that only registers for THAT INDIVIDUAL'S computer. That is why you will get called so many times in a short span.

- If you want to get cleared out of the system, just politely ask everyone who calls you to, "take your name off the list." Again, you may have to say this to 10-15 different people in a week, but you will get cleared out of the system.

If anyone has any questions, I'll check this every now and then. Do not ask for the real name or full address of the company, as I will not disclose that.

They have been calling my office a couple of times a week for years.
I tried filing a harassment charge that went no where.  Tried doing a trace on the call, which also went no where.

I have tried pleading with them to take our number off their list and I have also tried being really mean and nasty, which was the worst choice-- It provoked the woman who I yelled at to call my office well over 100 times that day just to get me back.

If anyone knows how to stop these people- please please tell me.

They called but went into my voicemail because I was on the line.  The voicemail recording went on for 45 seconds but nobody said anything.  I heard noise in the background but couldn't hear what was being said.  They just hung up without ever saying a word.

Office Relocators.  They call our office all the time wanting to know our address so they can send us information for our "move."  I tell the people all the time they are three years too late and they are always stupid enough to say, "so I guess you won't be moving again anytime soon?"  What kind of a stupid question is that?

The 267-268-2699 keeps calling after we requested they remove us from their data base.  So went to http://officerelocationmagazine.com under articles, leaving a comment under an article, mentioned their business practice of not providing a physical address and that the number does not contact them.  Used support@officerelocationmagazine.com and their URL as contact information.  Someone is there it was present for 5 or 10 minutes before being removed.  At least I got their attention.

Got a few calls today from this number.  They hang up when I answer.  The caller id states "Name Not Found" but does divulge the number.  Very annoying when these calls disrupt the flow of the business day.
