I receive a call saying  I filled out a survey recently that indicated I was interested in employment opportunities. As I apply to  thousand of jobs per day online I went through that phone interview.
Asked if I have a least a high school diploma or GED in US, I answered that I have more than that (Master Degree).  I was pretty sure it was automated when the guy was keeping asking the same question 4 times. After that I have been said that I am not qualified for that job because I refused to respond to thoses questions by yes or not.
That was funny. I believe this is a kind of identity thefh system.

I just got a call from this number.  They hung up after I answered.

I got the same call(s) that others describe.

II got a call from this number today - automated - tried to steer me additional education. Hung up.

Same thing.  Called...I didn't answer...no message.  Entered # in google and dozens of sites came up w/ same info from others.

Called but I didnt answer. Screened through google search and glad I found this thread! I have been looking for a new job, but def did not fill out a survey. Thanks everyone above for taking the time to post!

Definitely just had this come up. I usually don't answer calls I don't know but I thought it might have been an old coworker I contacted today. There was a delay with his responses as if they were automated. He asked about the survey about jobs and I said I had no idea what he was talking about then asked if I was looking for new job opportunities. I told him I was in the military so I'm locked into my contract the next few years. I got an "I'm sorry" in the same tone twice and a goodbye and the call disconnected.

I don't answer the phone unless I know the number that's calling weather its my cell, or house phone!! If you need to get in contact leave me a voice mail and i will get back with you!! Glad I do that by all the posts that I'm seeing about this number that just called! Don't be fooled and protect all you information...dishonest people out there!

This guy called and said I filled out an online job application and he wants to line me up with opportunities. In truth I am looking for a new job but I work in a highly specialized field. I told him I don't fish for jobs and asked how the hell he got my cell phone number, etc. I'm a real bi*** so he hung up pretty quickly.

I'm guessing these guys are bad news. They're probably hoping to get an,se, addresses, and SSNs out of people. Don't give them any info. Like I said I'm actually looking for a new job and I did not fall for it.

Also received a call about a job opportunities survey. The guy said the name of the company is "WN Opportunities", if I remember correctly.

He asked me if I remembered filling out the survey. I said that I didn't, and he said goodbye and hung up.

Yeah it's a big scam. I do not give my information over the phone. He hung up right away. The thing is I just bought my phone A MONTH AGO AND CHANGED MY NUMBER. So I have no clue how they got it. I changed the number on my CVS card but that's it. Weird

A man by the name of Chris called my phone claiming that  I was looking for employment, which I never did contact him . He wanted me to confirm my information and when I refused he got angry and hung up the phone. I contacted the FTC . This is a Scam!!!!!!!!!!!!

Chris said he was calling from an employment agency which I never contacted. He wanted all my information , like my full name , address and telephone number. When I did not cooperate he hang up the phone. This is a fraud. I immediately reported it to the FTC! 267-270-2866 Beware of this number, do not give any information.

This number called just now. Don't give it any info, it's definitely a scam.

Said I 'filled out a survey recently' that 'indicated' I was 'interested in employment opportunities,' even though I am employed full time. I asked where I filled out this survey and he said that I filled out a survey for a Walmart gift certificate. I don't shop at Walmart, I don't like supporting places like Walmart, so I asked what name was used for the survey and the system completely evaded my message in this weird way. Creepy!

I was pretty sure it was automated when I became very angry and he didn't change his tone whatsoever.

Called me on 3/25/13, left a blank four-second voicemail. I hope there's a special spot in he!! for telemarketers.

Automated call telling me that I did a survey about job opportunities online. Sounded real, told it that I never did any survey but it kept on repeating itself. Hung up on it after about a minute.

Rang once but hung up before I got a chance to answer.

Telemarketer/spammer: Hello My name is Joseph. I'm calling regarding the online survey that you recently filled out. Me: I did not respond to any survey. Please remove me from your calling list Telemarketer/spammer: Well someone in your household might be looking for job and they may have participated in survey. I'm calling for a nice employment opportunity that we have available. Would you be interested? Me: No one is looking for job in my household please remove me from your calling list.

Never responded to my request to remove phone number just kept on pressing about employment opportunities. Reported to FTC!

Said he was responding to an online survey I completed and that I indicated I checked off a request for job opportunities. When I questioned him he wouldn't respond. I asked him who the name was on the survey and of course he couldn't answer. Definitely some scam to get info from me

So i did get to talk to them. It's a full automated system. No real people but they sure do sound real. Never experienced anything like this. Call it and you will see what i mean. You totally agree with it. It says I applied on line for a job they would like to help me out but first verify my info in which it didn't have. It asked me for everything so sorry if there really is a Richard Cranium out there i used your name and if I'm live on 1313 Mocking Bird Lane also sorry. What a joke

The guy claimed I had called about job opportunities. He wanted to verify information. Def fraudulent because he got defensive very quickly. And did not know my name

Called, when I answered, no one there, call then ended.

No answer, no msg.
