Called at noon local time, no message.

Got several calls also no one on line. Called back they ask for someone not at this address. Caller id says tate,kerlin

My phone rang and the person only listened without speaking. They call several times a day. I hung up and called them back. The person Mr Mcbride admitted that he called and only listen without talking. He also mention that this phone call was being recorded. I told him that I would report him should he call again. He stated that he was working for a collection agency. I insisted that he not call my number again or that I would report him.  With that I hung up on him.

Bottom feeding bill collecting ba**ards who buy old debt that might not even be legally collectible and then try to harass you into paying them something.

I've been getting these calls also, Do not give them your name, Do Not call them back or they will have your name through caller ID, do check your phone bills, this is a scam where long distant overseas calls are being charged to your phone at 30-50 dollars per call.

Phone rang. Answered. Said Hello. Weird sounds on other end, then it hung up. I stayed on the line a long time listening. More weird sounds like they tried to disconnect. Stayed on the line until they disconnected and it went to the dial tone. Star-69'd, googled the number. If they ever call back and demand my name, it's "Ima... F**kwitchu".

They have called everyday leave no message, just asked for a name when i said they are not here can I take a message, they said you are and then they hung up............ How stupid is that ..................

i have receive many calls from same number....but i never answer. they leave no message.

They call me quite frequently. It usually rings a few times, then they hang up before they could leave a message. I have been on the do-not-call list for years, but that hasn't stopped anyone these last few months. What is the point of the list if it doesn't do anything?

I have no debt and keep getting calls from this company. They're looking for someone who had my number before me, and do not believe that "Eli" doesn't have this phone anymore. I stopped trying to explain it to them.

Like every one else got a call, didn't recognize the caller, they left no message.

why are we not able to stop calls from people whom we do not know or have any dealings with? what good is a "do not call list" if there is no one to police the system?

Call from 267-295-9114, caller ID says TATE&KIRLIN, I said hello, they hung up.

Not sure about the name, but the number is a spoofed number.
These have just started for me, and I owe nothing.
All calls so far have been "hang ups", no message left.
I have researched this number and another associated with it, and these are debt collectors, and very rude ones at that. They spend most of there time trying to bully & you. They are attempting to collect on outdated debts owed, 10 or 12 year old debts are all Ok with them, even debts under $200.00 dollars. They will continue, and use different numbers and names for months, and even if they are wrong they keep calling, and they completely disregard the national don't call list. Most law abiding collectors will stop if you answer and tell them,
"Never call again, and if contact, or communications is required, you will only respond to a written letter, with proper identification and contact information".
These people don't follow that rule either.
Get a call blocker capable of many numbers!

If he is a collections person, then he should leave a message.  He calls me but when someone doesn't leave a message I block the number after two times.  He can call away now.

Oops... just researched a bit more and apparently I heard the name wrong... It is a debt collector called Tate, Kirlin & Associates. Sorry about that!

Calls every day multiple times and never leaves a message. Called back on anonymous # to find out who it was and it was a debt collector called Karl (or Carl?) & Associates.

They are actually a legit collection company, just annoying.

I have been getting a call from this number on my cell phone at least every few days. Why are they calling?? When I answer, they hang up! Quit interrupting my life and take me off your call list!

They called @ 9:00 and hung up when I answered.

Called but left no message.  Nothing came up on caller ID either.

These people need to stop calling me immediately. I have been harrassed enough. I have filed a chapter 7 bankruptcy. This needs to stop now!

Jerk tried calling me at 8:05 in the morning.  I don't answer if I don't know who it is and he didn't leave a message so it's not important.  I saved his number on my phone as "spammer".  glad to see comments here. Stupid jerk - get a life.  Go to work.  Stop living off of everyone else.

I have received the same as the other people making a comment about this number.

A man called who identified himself as Collin O'Brien. He was looking for someone who doesn't live here. He demanded I get a pencil and paper and write down his phone number in case I should see the person he was looking for. He refused to give me anymore information. The called ID came up as Tate & Kerlin with a number of 267-295-9114.  The call back number he gave me was 800-355-0333 ext 158. Then he hung up on me.

I have received several calls from this number in the past few days.  I never answered and no one left a message.  I finally answered and heard a lot of background noise and a voice demanding that I give my name.  I said "who are you calling?"  He said "give me you name please" and it was not a request.  I hung up. I have no idea who this was or why this person was calling.

Any idea who could call from this phone number.
