Same problem.  They said they were arriving at my home in half an hour.  I called back and the person would not identify himself, and said he did not call me.

We have great credit, thankfully, but somehow my cell number became the target for collecting on a student loan. There were tons of calls (I never answered thanks to these websites) and then peace until today this number showed up.  So not sure how my number got on their lists, I haven't had a student loan since 1983, and it was paid up long ago.  Bless you all for reporting on these numbers.

Well my experience with this 2674070100 is completely different....I have been getting calls from this number but I don't answer numbers I don't know.  Well I checked my voicemail today and there was a message from the 2674070100 number.  My voicemail recorded a male and a female arguing (at first i thought it was my brother and his girlfriend because the info stamp is announced at the end) but the male was arguing with the female in the background then he gets really loud (like he got closer to the phone) and started violently yelling then the message ended! Totally freaked me out!

I Got a letter from Tate & Kirlin Associate and 267-407-0101s, 2810 Southampton Road Philadelphia, Pa 19154-1207 toll free number 877-982-0001 and 267-407-0101 Customer #20953380 for a bill Named Premieer Band ref#5178007818931818 for bal of 479.17 but they will accept 143.75.  I tried calling them for a while and no one answers. I do not have an account with Premieer and been searching on line for these guy and all I can see it that it is a scam. I don't know who to file a complaint with.

They call constantly. I have over 20 calls logged in 2 months from four different numbers and variations of names.

"Lock all your doors" I highly doubt that.  It's one thing to come on here and post "factual" information about these sleaze bags but to make stuff up like that is just ridiculous.

Best explaination of collection tactics and who Tate & Kirlin represent. I have a distant relative that is deceased and I believe their debt was with Chase (passed with a ton of medical and other bills and zero cash). I have no outstanding defaults and couldn't figure out who or why this outfit would be calling. Now I know its a connect the dots game and harass anyone related to the deceased or with that same last name. Of course it would be improper for Chase to contact me, but aparently not to have their collection stooges harass myself and other relations for debts that are not ours. they called me too..nasty...its intimidation..asked for last 4 of my social and i said NO and she said cant help you and I said you made the call..i said to send the info to my home...and she said they did and i said which address and she said she cannot divulge info..haha...so i told her bs and hung up i dont owe citi anything..i work for them..hello.

I have had to deal with maggots like this before and will have to do it to this bunch too. With the info you have, and you have to dig some. Contact the state Atty. Generals office in your state and the state in which they are calling you from or where their office is. In most cases you can report on line at the states web site. Be sure to keep ALL documentation you send and keep records of when the maggots call. You may have to talk to a representative of the Atty generals office. But most are a lot of help! Just remember be diligent. Also have your name removed from the people search sites ie Veromi and the like. They will associate you with anyone with the same name, dead beat relatives and the such. Good luck and press lawmakers for stronger laws and punishments

Tate and Kirlin are the rudest "people" you will ever talk to.  They called me numerous times (4-5 times in a row!) while I was at work and when I finally did call them back and wade through the computerized answering system, I found a "human" who was looking for someone whom I have never met.

After wasting my precious time trying to convince these idiots that a) I wasn't the person they wanted and b) I didn't know the person they wanted, and have them telling me that I was lying and demanding payment I finally hung up.  

Now I don't pick up any calls from outside my area code that I do not know. :(

Same deal here, Tate & Kirlin calling my home 2 to 4 times a day, always hanging up when I answer. I decided to call them back, a lady answered and asked for my number, which I gave her, she asked if I was "Jason" I said no, she then said "hang on a second" and proceeded to put me on hold and no one ever picked up! What a bunch of trash! How can these harassing calls be stopped?!

I have received multiple calls from this number. When I answer they hang up. When they actually leave a message, they say it's about a BB&T account. I have NEVER had a BB&T account. I am getting sick of the daily calls!!!

This number calls me a couple times a day at work. I don't answer it and they never leave a message. If they want to collect what ever it is they think I owe, then they should leave a message so I can call back. Right??

Same thing we keep getting a call from this number.  Wife called them back and they are looking for someone who we don't know

They informed me they were a debt agency and refused to take my name off the list. I threatened to report them to the FTC and they transferred me then hung up.

I often get calls from this number. Most of the time they just call and hang up or they ask for my mother, but there have been a few times where they actually spoke. Those times when I ask them to state their business they refuse to say why they are calling and just give give me different names (the few times I actually picked up the phone). The last time they spoke they gave me the name of Jake Snyder, but when I looked up the number the info said it belonged to aTate & Kirlin collection agency was Located in Pennsylvania (Levittown, Philadelphia). My mom has paid off all her debts and so there is no reason for a collection agency to hound us, besides isn't there some sort of law about collection agencies having to state who they are and not spamming you with phone calls (The type where they call and then hang up when you answer? The last two times they called (in a row) they just hung up after I said hello a couple of times. I am so tired of getting these calls that I have routed all my phone calls through an answering maching and if people don't talk to the machine, then they will never get to talk to us! Keep getting call after call after call all day long. Tate and Kirlin. They are very rude, said I owed a debt that I don't.  Asked them to stop calling over and over again.

They keep calling, caller ID identifies their company and number, but when I answer and repeatedly say hello, all I hear is people chattering in the background and someone typing on their computer keyboard.  I hang up then.  Strange....

This company calls multiple times a day. Never leaves a message and if I answer, they hang up. So I called the # back and someone answered. They told me that they never called, that it was their work phone. I told them to stop calling and they still have been calling every day

I have been getting calls from these people daily. ON MY CELL PHONE. They have asked for Carl, Erma, William....none of whom do I know. I called back and left a message telling them that if they called here again I would sue them...I'll be darned if they didn't call again. Next will be a complaint filed

For three days they called.  Every time I answered, they would hang up.  Today I finally got a human when I called them back.  I was asked if i was "so and so."  I am not that person and they said they would not call my number anymore.  I asked who they were and she said "Payton Crowell & Associates."  An asset recovery company.
